Motel 6 Flagstaff, AZ - Butler - Motel in Flagstaff - 2010 E Butler Ave, USA

It's a no frills motel 6 off the beaten path. Not great but again, it's a place to lay your head. Tammy at the check-in or check-out desk was a ray of sunshine with a smile and personality. Linens and towels were fine. I stayed for 5 nights. Pool was good. Nice laundry room and plenty of parking. Located within walking to eat at several places and an adjacent Subway, McDonald's and speedway convenience store/gas station.

I loved staying here, have stayed now 3x. The location is really convenient and the rooms are clean, standard rooms for an outstanding price. This is a family business, and the couple that runs the hotel--Gujji and Harry--such sweet people! So helpful and accommodating. They both gave me a lot of personal attention when I had difficulty with the door lock and when I wanted to extend my stay for another day. I recommend this hotel to people who like having all the bases covered (pool, mini-fridge, microwave, cable TV, coffee in the morning, hair dryer, iron, comfy pillows, clean bedding) for a nice low price. Great job!

It's a place to stay the guy up front was nice other than that I booked a room for Labor Day weekend a month in advance and asked for a floor level room. Got a room that was right under a stairwell,with the motel community trash right in front. not very pleasant. The room smelled weird like old mold or old sewage (i'd rather have gotten a smoked smelly room than that smell.) We had to go to Walmart (thankfully down the street) at 9pm to get smell good stuff.. luckily, we either got used to the smell or that stuff helped. Taking a shower their was hair in the shower from long to short, and I was scared to touch anything. Under the TV had old red juice dried up.. you can tell nothing was really wiped down.We had already slept a night when we noticed old dried up blood on both beds (we were not bleeding). The floors were dirty also... we made do.

This is a great place to take a break along your life’s journey. As we come and go, these fantastic, awesome, amazing Housekeepers, keep the rooms clean, sanitized, and in working order. Kim in the front office who’s wonderful with all the guests. Also a great job by the maintenance team for the cleanliness of the motel. My family and I appreciate all of you. Regards Mr. C

Worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Do not get a bottom floor room. You can hear a pin drop from the upstairs. Room above me was loud at 10pm, 11pm, 4am and 6am. Walked to the office at 10 to let them know nothing changed so I called at 11. It got better but they were loud again at 4am. People working on there car hollering to the second floor at 6:30am. Room smelled pretty bad but was overall clean. Just passing through so wanted something affordable but I will never stay here again. Lesson learned spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere nice!

I've stayed at a few Motel 6s in the past few months, and this one by far was the most run-down. Nevertheless, the price on offer was reasonable, and it didn't feel sketchy or anything like that. I understand Motel 6 is a no frills sort of chain, but the fact that there was barely anything in the room, not even small shampoo bottles, was pretty revealing. Wear and tear everywhere as well.

The employee was just short of being rude. The room was clean, but the bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. If the floor would've had carpet, I imagine it would've been better than the bed. No coffee maker which is a big minus not just for me, but anyone. No real air conditioner, just a vent in the ceiling. Be careful wanting a less expensive room, and the tax is 20.00 more than the room.

We didn't have that many issues with this place, and we were there on a busy weekend. I was able to book a room online and check in the same day with no issues. The staff was very friendly. It may look a little rough on the outside, but I appreciate Motel 6 putting work on remodeling the interior. I would stay here again.
