Very pleased to find a cost efficient hotel that was as clean as you would hope a room to be. I stayed 3 weeks it was very quiet the entire time. With the desk provided, I was able to put in some serious computer time, and oh! Speaking of which, this motel had the fastest internet I have ever experienced at a hotel. It was actually functional and could handle the very large virtual interface I work on. Slows down between 5-7pm, but picks back up. The staff is nice and willing to work with you, even if you're a third party booker. I didn't experience any of the things the bad reviewers did; I guess the crime, roaches, bed bugs and bad attitudes took these few weeks off. And i cooked and kept a stocked fridge. Lucky me!

If I could leave no stars I would. Planned to stay there 3 nights but barely lasted one. The cockroaches were so bad they were in the bed after dark. We couldn't even turn the light off for fear of being over run. Not to mention the Crack head that were rattling the door handle trying to find an unlocked door. Left before checkout and asked for a refund and got told that we had to pay for today also even though we left before check out. Absolutely trash a d now I know why Motel 6 always leaves the light on. To keep away the roaches

The room was poorly maintained. Holes in wall poorly patched. Toilet seat loose. Bathtub stained & missing metal ring around the drain. Lots of noise outside all night. They did have cox cable. Wouldn’t stay there again even if we had pets along.

It was the first room that I could get. Everything was booked in Northwest Arkansas. Could only get a smoking room. It was obviously a smoking room. The price was competitive. No microwave. The first night, no TV. Only one cockroach. But the room was clean.

The pool was not open. Does not seem to be opening any time soon. The front desk person ASBIN was so rude and disrespectful no matter how much respect I showed him even after he was so rude. I asked him to not have my room cleaned. We were displaced because of the tornado, and I had many things in my room I just wanted a little privacy. He said, "if you want privacy you can check out now". I paid for a week I would think they would treat already paid customers better. I asked for the managers card multiple times before he gave it to me, after repeating how if I want privacy I can leave. Housekeeper slammed the door open, could have broken the hook lock I had, scared the daylight out of my kids. Did not even announce herself or knock. After ASBIN realized I was calling the manager he called our phone and said they won't come in our room (per the manager), but we have to leave on our check out day and not come back. THEN they went in and took all the towels and toilet paper out of our room. During our stay I was stressed out, I have a tree in my roof then to be treated so poorly by them was disgusting. We left a day early. We did not feel safe. The parking lot is crawling with drunk, high and some crazy acting people. The cops were there constantly dealing with drunk people trying to enter rooms. We couldn't shower, the shower was dripping and looked horrible.

Stayed here to attend a wedding, paid $99 for a room that HAS NO DEAD BOLT!! & about a million drug heads walking around the parking lot. As soon as I entered the room, noticed the dead bolt lock was missing, tried to call the front desk about 10 times with no answer, finally backed my stuff & walked to the front desk they said I can give you a refund or you can stay in the UNSAFE room. I will be leaving a negative review every single day, disputing the charge on my credit card & doing everything I can to shut this horrible place down. Even threatened to call the cops on me because I said those options were not good enough, it’s 11:30 at night & you’re telling a female to leave or sleep with no lock on the door. Oh & then coming to my room to announce to the 5 men on the balcony that I didn’t feel safe or have a lock. THANKS! pretty sure there is a law that requires locks on the doors for PAYING GUEST. Your motel is a complete joke

I booked for a room to stay overnight at June 16, 2024. The room is supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm but when I arrived at 5pm, the manager said the room was not ready and I was asked to come back in an hour. The manager check-in to the system anyway and gave me the access card so that I don't have to go through check-in process again. However, as I came back an hour later at 6:05pm, I entered the room to find out it smells terribly and there were lots of flies in the room, some alive and some were dead by the windows. The condition is so terrible that I gave up and went to manager to return the access card and end up staying elsewhere. Is there anyway to request for refund as the room is not ready at 3pm and the room condition is so terrible, the worst I have seen in my whole adult life of more than 25 years. I would give zero star if I could to the "rooms" and "service". Location is fine but I don't feel comfortably safe either.
