Great location within walking distance of everything you could need! Room was very clean and the showers are nice and hot! Pets staying free is a lovely perk!! Nice fresh coffee every morning! Needed to extend my stay a few extra days and it was no hassle, incredibly simple!

My stay at the Motel 6 in Falls Church was nothing short of excellent. The location and convenience were superb, and so was the price, especially since I brought along my little puppy dog for free, and parked right outside my door. It is close to shopping, restaurants, highways and NOVA parks, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed except for the highways - LOL! I felt I had lots of privacy and I felt safe, both of which are worth their weight in gold. The room was simple and clean, just as I like it, and the staff were kind and attentive. My pup and I were as happy as could be during our stay, and we'll definitely be back again.

This was my first stay at a Motel 6, let alone a motel, and out of all our stays during our trip it was the most bang for our buck as well as being extremely clean. The room looked like it got an upgrade recently with the laminate wood floors. The staff was very friendly, and it seems as if the cleaning crew is very orderly- I guess there was one towel missing from the initial cleaning and they had already sent someone to bring it up a couple minutes after we checked into the room. We were able to find our room fairly easily, just be aware that there are multiple separate buildings that are all Motel 6, so you may need to drive to get to your specific building like we did. For a busy area it was very quiet! The only thing I can critique is the lighting inside the room as it was pretty harsh, but we hardly used it anyway as it was an evening stay. Thank you to this location for your wonderful service and staff, I will be staying here again if I'm in the area!

This is one of the most clean and respectable Motel 6 as I have ever been to. The room was nice and big/spacious and within walking distance to different restaurants and stores. The guy in the front name is Edward and he will treat you really well. The housekeepers are always around when you need them and they are fast at getting the job done. I will be staying here again for sure.

I've stayed at many Motel 6's in several states. Staying here has by far been my best experience. The rooms are extraordinarily clean and neat. Edward's customer service is beyond exceptional. And if that wasn't enough amazement, you actually get this combination of greatness for an affordable price. Award this place!!! Stay here!.

I am a regular guest here when I am in the area, and this Motel 6 is a great value for the price when one needs a clean, well-run, basic place to stay. The beds and rooms are quite comfortable. Edward, the manager, and his entire staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests or concerns. I also love that my small dog who travels with me is always welcome with no hassles.

During my stay at motel 6 the front desk assistant was very helpful and polite. The rooms were exactly as described in the photos. I enjoyed the area and quietness. I would definitely recommend staying here for a quick stay .

I had a horrible experience with this place. Stay elsewhere if possible. Don’t be fooled by the photos on Google. They photoshop them and make them look a lot better than they actually appear in person. I was provided with a smoking room which was not requested. Smell was too extreme and asked attendant to switch me into another room. Second room was not any better. Sheets on one of the beds was stained, fridge did not work properly, tub did not drain properly and cable on TV kept going in and out or freezing. On my second night, the toilet would not flush. Asked attendant if they could fix it and cable TV issue. She stated that the only thing she could do was switch me rooms. My third room had issues as well. It smelled like smoke, cable TV didn’t work as well and toilet would flush on its own throughout the entire night. Towels and bed sheets are the lowest quality. I asked the attendant, management and called Motel 6 Customer service to see if I could be refunded for my last night and check out early. I was told that I was out of luck and would not be refunded even though the issues I dealt with were within their control.
