Motel 6 Fairfield, CA - North - Motel in Fairfield - 1473 Holiday Ln, USA

I never wrote a review 2 years ago. We got into our room and there was glow in the dark spray paint on the walls there was burn holes everywhere and it was dirty. We were extremely exhausted from our drive and we let the manager know that somebody had sprayed spray paint in the room and it was not us we were just to exhausted to have to switch rooms. Plus the bedbugs kept us up all night. She gave us some of the money back and we did not ask all we were doing was informing her that it was in the room and our room was dirty when we arrived. We had to make a second trip 2 weeks later and we went there again because it was close for an appointment we had really the morning and we were denied and told we were not allowed to rent a room from them ever again. They treated us poorly not to mention we ended up bringing the damn bed bugs home and it ended up costing us over $2000 to get our home treated and replace our kids beds and our bed. I will NEVER go to a motel 6 again. I am so terrified of bedbugs I will not stay in a hotel anymore because of this experience. I am so disappointed how we were treated especially because we are a quiet couple and did nothing wrong. We were just tired and didn't want to go through the trouble of switching rooms late at night. I will forever tell anybody I know MOTEL 6 IS WHERE YOU GET BEDBUGS AND TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. NEVER EVER SUPPORT MOTEL 6

We checked in and immediately checked out. Did not get a refund. Our room had broken glass in. It smelled like rotten meat. There was no way we could stay with two small kids. It did not feel safe. Terrible experience! Overpriced! Avoid at all costs.

I come here time to time when I visit home,, every time I come here it’s always helpful and a good stay! Today I was faced with a little difficulty But with in moments , the staff professionally and respectfully and diligently helped me and got me the best room possible! I’m very grateful to the mgnt and office staff For the help

James was professional and helpful. Had to switch rooms when opted for more than one day, computer for managing room occupancy was giving him too much trouble. Shower drain was plugged with hair and the bathroom 2/3rds flooded. I cleaned out the drains and let James know housekeeping should be required to clean weekly after inspection if needed. Property security very good

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!! Elenor was rude and used my friends phone to write a good review about herself. There is bugs that look like roaches near the bed and bathroom they kept my deposit because my sheets were burned when they were burned before I got there this place is terrible I would not reccomend this hotel even for a 10 minute stay.

Great location and staff is understanding and anything you need they are assisting you with hospitality. The rooms are clean free of pest and mildew and can’t wait til the swimming pool open.. Staff member Joy and Myra always helps me . They are concerned about my well being. I’m appreciative about that because most people do not worry at other places..thx much for your kindness..👍🤲⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just stay here from 16th-18th me and my two year old we stay and 232 with in 3hr after come from a party n laying down me n my son got bit up with bed bug when to the front they change are room to 233 with in a hour me n my son check out at 1am due to my baby crying and everything I threw my belonging away and I’m asking for a full refund but yet they wanna give me a run around smh

Stayed for 2 nights and my stay at this place was absolutely horrible. Despite the staff being really friendly and helpful. was not able sleep at all. Crazy people all over the parking lot. Place is crawling with bedbugs🤮. Switched rooms after noticing the first night. Still was unable to sleep... I have bites all over my body now. Arms, legs, hands. Back, neck and waistline. So the whole time for my stay i was awake sitting on the chair. I checked out extra early and went home. Worst experience I've had at a motel thus far.
