Booked this room to go visit family. It was so convenient and offered a relaxing, clean & safe place to rest after a long day of family activities. An oasis and safe Haven with GREAT air conditioning and excellent water pressure, clean sheets and towels. You couldn’t ask for more definitely will be staying here again..

As another person said. I took a Clorox wipe to the floors and showers as they were disgusting and covered In dust. Paid for a no smoking room with fridge/microwave. The entire room wreaked of cigarettes when I arrived. Every 20 mins the room next to me is outside smoking another cigarette. Fridge didn’t work. And was leaking/defrosting when I arrived, Reset it, looked up online manual to figure out temperature and nothing changed. Went to front desk to tell them, he said he would have the maintenance team look at it. Spent $50 on a few groceries and within the first day they all spoiled because the refrigerator that my wife and I paid extra for did not work. Very displeased with how much money I wasted when I could have gone across the street for maybe $10 more and had a better experience with the cleanliness/comfort. The AC/heater in the room had mold on it, along with the shower head being broken and not attached properly to the shower. Woke up sick from using the AC unit overnight. Soar throat cough, room feels almost wet. Which would explain the molding floorboards in the room. Spend your money elsewhere for real.

This is the worst motel I have ever visited. The room was awful. It is so small, if you stuck your hands out to the sides, you would be touching the walls. Two double beds were crammed into this tiny a$$ room. The refrigerator and microwave supplied were dirty and it looked as if Chuckie got a hold to the fridge. There was a poorly repaired whole on the wall and the bath tub was dirty. A dirty towel was left hanging over the toilet and the desk holding the TV was damaged. In addition, there were spiders and gnats lingering around the room. The walls are thin, I could hear the conversation of people in the room next to me. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here, a homeless shelter is probably better than this palce. The pictures on the web must be from when this place first opened!

Positive: Cheap and good location Negative: The smoking rooms have holes and dirt all over the comforters from seeing the room it looks like they font need use new linen. We tried to get new blankets and they said they keep no new ones on hand. Negative: ""

Omg, this is a disgusting hotel. I arrived, and the fire department and police officer came because they had a problem with their alarm system. The rooms were horrible because the floor was not swept properly and there were condoms under each bed and I took pictures. The shower had mold on the top, and it smelled like mold. The whole room needs to be upgraded matter fact, the whole building where they’re renting rooms at needs to be upgraded and there’s people that hang big out there at night time looking very suspicious. The vending machine didn’t work. The only thing seem to work was the washer and dryer. These people watch like a hawk but their whole place is horrible to sleep at. The tub and flooring or horrible and it brings a lot of water after a shower. It was a bad experience and they don’t even have any breakfast at all. This is like a crackhead hotel, it’s not worth it but the good news is red roof Inn is next-door go there !!!!!!!!!!!!

When I see the pics online I think is ok...but when I get there, change my mind. Recepcionist awesome person. Really needs a lot of renovation or maybe a new management. Not worth it. No microwave, coffe maker, dryer, etc is just the bed and tv.

I had low expectations to start with. We were here for a sporting event and the whole area was booked solid. Motel 6 was the only option. The floor had not even been swept, dust and hair everywhere, beds were ok, shower was moldy, along with the bathroom ceiling and walls. Toilet seat was worn out so bad it was peeling. Cealings and walls cracked and the sink area had very dirty walls. Let's say we only came back late at night to sleep and left as early as possible. I did not expect luxury or great comfort, but a clean room with no mold is not too much to ask for.

So my room was actually clean and nice, I don't have any complaints about that. Although, the outside of the hotel and parking lot are very disgusting so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a roach problem, luckily I didn't see any. My door had obviously been busted in at some point and was damaged and the repair could barely be considered a repair. Unfortunately, the real problem is that I woke up to a gunshot at 2am and then a bunch of police officers with rifles trying to track the shooter down and checking everyone's vehicles for bullet holes. I had paid for another night in advance, but we left immediately. It's just not safe here. Absolutely do not bring children here. I don't know what has happened to Enfield, but it's gotten way worse in the last decade alone. These rooms are so cheap that it draws in a rough crowd too.
