Extremely disappointing - had to leave $100 deposit each for two rooms that were basically boxes. No air, one portable fan, but the other one had nothing. One dim light for the bedroom, and one light with a loud fan that can't be turned off in the bathroom. My brother and I couldn't wait to leave our rooms and were out by 5am the next day. Two days later I'm still waiting for my $200 deposit refund. There are much better places to stay, even if just for one night. This is the first time I have had to leave a negative review on a Motel 6.
I would give this joke of a motel 0 stars if I could! We are traveling cross country to relocate the family and this was one of the few "pet friendly" ones we could find. Upon arrival, I asked what the pool hours were and I was told it wouldn't be open until next week. Mind you, it is July 23rd and there were people in the pool. In the very cramped 2 queen bed space, there were feces and stains on the bathroom wall, a dirty pair of socks and a wet towel behind the door. The toilet seat was basically unusable and barely hanging on, toilet bowl stained. Doesn't look like they even cleaned the floors. The AC DOES NOT WORK (it was over 100°!), so we were given a swamp cooler that humidified the room and we were told to just open the window. What, to let all the bugs in and our cats out...as there was NO screen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep IN MY CAR!
This hotel sucked, first of all the rooms are cleaned but not cleaned very good. And the weird women in the office was charging was for a room we didn't even pay for. (We paid for a totally different room.) But I do have to say the beds are pretty comfy. And the internet is decent.
The room was spacious and very clean. The manager went out of her way to find the room best for me. I am a senior woman traveling alone and I felt very space. It was a great place to revive myself on my trip
The manager lied and said a towel was dirty and charged me $50! She said it was dog poop. My puppy can't potty in the room, he goes outside. And IF my dog ever was even able to potty in the room , it would be cleaned up with tissue or toilet paper NOT A TOWELL!!! My puppy can't even walk on those wood floors, he's scared of floors with no carpet. Manager was rude and condescending. She said she has pictures of a TOWELL with dog poop! Unbelievable scam if I ever heard of one! $50 for a TOWELL!!!! Not to mention the AC was horrible, did not cool the room. BEWARE of this motel! There are scammer people out of their deposit!
As I pulled up the owner and night clerk came to me, I was getting my dog out. They where so helpful to me. I asked if they were pet friendly, yes. But no enternet, if I wanted to go get something to eat and come back. We'll the enternet came back on, I got a room. The female owner was so nice gave me a handicap room (which i didn't need. The only thing i seen that remotely was ADA useful was the fold down seat in the shower and grab bars in tub and by the toilet.) The room was clean but in NO way wheelchair accessible. I slept great. Lots of hot water. At check out Mrs. owner checked my room out (to get refundabledeposit back) she brought my robe I had forgotten I said oh thank you, I need to go get my night gown off the back of the bathroom doorknob. She said their is nothing else in there. I said oh ok. Thank you. When unpacking low and behold my nightgown was not there. I called she kept telling me she would check with her housekeepers but nothing had been turned in yet. FUNNY thing as I was leaving she introduced me to her husband the housekeeper cleaning my room. I said I'll go get my gown and was denied access to the room. So long story short. Don't leave anything behind it will NOT get back to you. 😟😟 I really wanted to stay again but thinking I would prefer not to have to worry if I left anything behind and getting blocked when I call and not getting items returned to me....
This place was OK. The lady working the front desk was nice & friendly and the location was decent. However, the room & bathroom were quite dirty and the TV picture quality was poor. I’d stay here again ONLY if I were in a pinch. The low price was not worth it.
Good price. Main room clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom not good. Moldy around top inside of sink. Around shower fixtures filthy. Shower head not clean. These things need attention.
