I recently stayed at Motel 6, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Matias, the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, Matias greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to his efficiency and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Matias provided great local recommendations and was always available to answer any questions with a friendly attitude. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests feel welcome, and Matias truly sets the bar high. Thanks to him, my experience at Motel 6 was exceptional. I highly recommend staying here and experiencing Matias’s outstanding service firsthand!

The hotel was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Chicago and Monica at the front desk made sure our stay was comfortable. She showed us all the conveniences available, told us how to get around town by installing the apps and got us our first taxi. She deserves kudos!!. Do keep up the neatness. Thank you all

-I have been staying here on and off for two months, and I love this location. The staff is great, the cleanliness is top tier and the location is quiet. My favorite front desk girl Deborah is always there, but all the front desk people are amazing. They always greet you even in the hallways. They have conversations with you and if you need help with anything they are always there 24/7. Amazing location better than the one on touhy-O hare.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. The shower head was a bit on the lower side, but the water was hot and the pressure was good. They don't provide anything but soap, no shampoo or conditioner, although they do have a vending machine to purchase things like that, but very expensive. And the person behind the front desk seemed like they didn't want to be there, but that didn't bother me too much. All I'm all It was a great room for the price, and would recommend.

I stayed here for a few weeks while I waited for the lease at my new apartment to start. My room was super clean and very comfortable throughout my stay! Dulce & Olga were so friendly and welcoming. They made what was once a stressful situation feel like a mini vacation. I’d 10/10 recommend!

Imagine my pleasure when I was finally able to sleep in a big, clean and comfortable bed after 8 months of Alaska’s fish processing work without setting my alarm at 5 am 🥹 Thank you Motel 6!

The ladies that checked me in early were very helpful sweet and professional. So Olga and Dulce are great need a raise. The rooms have no microwave or refrigerator. Also I see ne type of breakfast. They do how ever have fresh coffee for those of you who drink that stuff. I do not. A few restaurants within walking and my TV works great. A/C works wonderful. They seem to be pet friendly as well. Great hot water for my showers and shaving. That is all I can really say about this place. And yes I would stay here again.

Front staff was friendly and the key card situation is less than ideal but they were friendly. This next part is addressed for the higher ups who, when traveling for business purposes for Motel 6 prolly don't stay at Motel 6. But anyways, the rooms look decent, bed was clean and AC worked. But that's where the good ends. No shampoo, no fridge, no hairdryer, no basic amenities, etc. I get it that it's mainly a place to rest for the night. I don't even mind no free breakfast... but in the attempt to cut cost cut too much. The bed was basically bending in half and sounded like they found it in a grandmothers room who has had it since the 1950s and put it in our room. Sounded soooo creaky. I guarantee the higher ups could offer all these basic amenities more it would just mean a few less dollars they get to take home each year and I bet they are making insane yearly salaries.
