Motel 6 El Paso, TX - Airport - Fort Bliss - Motel in El Paso - 6363 Montana Ave, USA

Stayed once before and it was fine good internet and quiet. Second stay just a week later and bugs started crawling out of the walls. The staff could have cared less. Expectations aren’t high for motel 6 but when bugs come out of the walls let’s make just a little effort to pretend to care.

Super bien , je croyais que les avions seraient bruyantes mais pas du tout . Lit confortable, frigo et micro-onde . Par contre le café est mauvais.

Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful at first, I had 2 adults and 2 kids on my reservation. My sister who lives in town thought it would be fun to bring my nieces swimming. We checked in and then headed to the pool. Only to be approached and told we needed to be guests to enter the pool. I explained we are guests we just checked in and gave him our room number. I got up and walked to the front office to see what the problem was. The lay explained my sister and mixes could not swim. I said okay fine and then asked for a refund. The man who approached me at the pool was sitting there on the computer (I did not get his name) he turns and says oh don’t let it interrupt your day you guys just go on and swim. I refused and asked for a refund because not even 2 mins prior you were saying we can’t. The lady says no I can’t sorry. I said I have been here less than 10 mins and haven’t even touched anything in the room I’m leaving and would like a refund. I felt uncomfortable as the lady Rebecca kept watching us out the window. Why would I still stay when you guys are already harassing me. They said refund will be 7-10 days which is funny cause as soon as they processed my card it was taken out right away. But now I have to wait 10 days for a refund and I’m not even from El Paso. Very poor customer service

Bad motel to stay, bad service, no hot water when taking shower ,more in cold side, smell like cigarettes, killed 3 roaches, 1 was on my hair when i was sleeping, cleaner never came to clean my room, had to cancel 3 nights, and still waiting for refund, pool was always locked n dirty, i guess i get wat i paid for, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, you will regret it, front desk wont help neither, THIS IS on 6363 montana ave. El paso texas

I was overcharged one night [stayed 3 nights and was charge 4 times] and currently having issues getting my money back ,will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. The hotel blames Travelocity and Travelocity blames the hotel but the money identifies Motel 6 as taking my money. I have learned my lesson and will no longer be staying at any Motel 6. The staff were nice and they had coffee.

This is one of the nicest motel 6s it's well kept has a pool and coffee in the am so far all staff has been friendly and it feels safe and is close to bliss with kiddos for us that's been super nice.

Hello, my name is shawn I was there for four days because I got fire in Ruidoso New Mexico But anyways, I met this shorty housekeeper. She was awesome and sweet Nice And she was working on the top floor in the 200s I want to give her 10 stars

Surprise! Surprise! Not your typical Motel 6. Nice and clean. No bugs, Orkin bug man was on premises when I checked in. Friendly staff, neat and clean operation. Was only going to spend one night, but now make it two nights because it RIGHT ANd TIGHT.
