I really liked how the staff made me feel so welcomed especially the office staff. Enid and Krystal went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and safe. I’ve been to other Motel 6 nearby and their service is terrible. I will recommend this motel 6 to family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience the other day when I checked in & out with both of the employees. They were very respectful and kind natured. So I figured since I was treated with kindness - I’d go ahead and rebook for today. While checking in, I was immediately told to go back outside and close the door. “Sophia” claims they’re only allowed one party inside at a time. While there’s absolutely no signage stating that - she yelled that I needed to get out of the building. The lady I was faced with was an older disgruntled women who claimed her name is Sophia. She is apparently discriminatory towards certain people. She made this experience very uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. She tossed my drivers license at me like I wasn’t a good enough human to be in her presence. She doesn’t deserve to work with the public and it’s unfortunate because I will probably not book another room at this location. When requesting her managers name- she refused to give her name or any information. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable situation at any Motel 6 except with this older lady.

ROOMS HAVE A BAD SMELL!!! Every time I go, the room has a bad smell. Recently, as soon as I walked in walked in, it smelt like cigarettes. Do they not spray air freshener? Pillows are uncomfortable, and I've noticed multiple cigarette burns on the covers in one room I get often. This makes me think that they dont thoroughly check the covers or just simply dont care about the condition. I keep getting accused of making the room smell like smoke but I dont even smoke so its getting annoying. They need to do a better job of cleaning so the next guest dont have to suffer with the last guest mess. The lamp didnt work and didnt have any bulb in it. They can definitely do better, but aye whats cheap comes with a price.

There was a nasty smell to the room like it wasn’t open in forever. The sheets were dirty and pillow cases stained. The roches, I was in there for 30 minutes and had to leave. The lady wouldn’t even refund me!! Never Never staying in one of those things again!!

Very nice stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. For the price, a good bargain.

Not great location. Good price. You get what you pay for. Small rooms, no microwave standard, and not much walking distance. Across street is a Jamba Juice, Wendy’s and Yamishyro. The Denny’s is closed. There’s also a large Planet Fitness. Besides the nut do clean rooms, they don’t allow guests. We had other friends in other hotels and they couch not come over, we had to go to them. The front desk called the room as soon as our friends arrived and made them leave. Felt like we were in prison and they certainly did not act as if they were in a service industry. I’d never go back there. The Motel 6 in Arcadia is much nicer, in a better location and they make you feel more welcome.

I can't speak for anyone else but room 218 was perfect for the 2 days I was there with 3 exceptions. The shower, the service and the night time activities due to the homeless. The water only had 2 temperatures. burning and hot! And they are very bad with Reservations. As far as bugs I didn't see not a one. The sheets were clean the floor was moped. The shower floor could have been better cleaned but I shower with shoes on anyway also it could have been stained. Walls are very thin so if you have kids maybe sleep with the TV on. I woke up at 3am to loud moaning next door. No smoking in any of the rooms and the only microwave is downstairs in the vending machine area but the trash can so it smells pretty bad over there but over all I'd say clean bed clean room my advise earplugs and shower shoes lol

This place was great ! It's clean ! Customer service is great .both online and inside.! There's a pool. There price was great $109 for a night were else were is $140 or $150!
