Always dirty, stains in tub look like fecal matter and TV almost never works. No pride at all in the room conditions here. In response to owners reply: Thank you for the generic response. With cleaning staff regularly in the rooms, it's surprising that major stains, broken tiles, damaged door frames, and non-functional TVs go unnoticed and unfixed. These are basic issues that greatly impact the guest experience. If you truly value your customers, addressing these problems should be a priority rather than responding in a manner to act like this is news to you. Thank you!

I came to work and visit family. It was a great experience staying at this hotel. I had both of my small dogs and we slept great. 10 stars

Room was horrible, there was hair in the sink, hair in the bed and hair in the shower. They had not cleaned the room. Door had to be hit hard to open. There were beer cans under the sink inside the cabinet. Tiles were missing off the wall by the shower. And the shower had almost no pressure at 5am so not very many were up and using water. Also no remote for TV, had to go front desk to get a remote. Won't stay here ever again.

Very disappointed. Tv remote and fire detector batteries had to be replaced. The worst was noise level from room next door party. From 2am- 6:45am . Called front desk 3 times and Edinburg PD with no relief. Worst stay. Do yourself and family a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Booked my room & paid on Expedia. Checked in & the girl took my card for insurance. I asked her if she was charging me twice & proceeded to explain i paid online. She assured me she was NOT charging me twice. I checked my bank app & sure enough she charged me TWICE. I went to the counter to get my refund but it was a 52$ Mistake. Luckily i didn’t need thoes 52$ right away because i have to wait 2-3 business days for the refund to process but mistakes like that should not be happening. Room was decent & around alot of food options.

Easy to find this location. The room that we got didn't have working lights or TV. There was a lot of empty spaces. And we couldn't turn on any main lights to see the cleanliness. Someone was yelling at kids all night above us.

Coming in from Houston for one night thinking this was gonna be a good place to stay I was completely wrong. The young girl in the front had an ungrateful attitude. Talk about no customer service at all and that’s coming from someone who has 10 years of customer service experience. Room was dirty. Hair in the sink. Hair in the shower and hair on the pillows. Like come on now. Especially for the prices they charge no thanks. Never again. If I could give it no stars I would. The only good thing is it was close to the location I had to be at.
