Abba the Manager that stays on the property in room 138 are 136, the last room by the stairs. I checked out March 2024. I brought some work gera dwn stairs i was on second floor. I went back upstairs to retrieve the rest of my work gear. There is a spot people use to load and un load. I went into office thought he woukd review cameras. Guess what?. He scammble the camera. Also ITS ROACH, FLEA INFESTED. THERE ARE UP TO 10 ANIMALS IN ROOMS. I FERL SORRY FOR THE ANIMALS. THE BIGGEST ANIMALS, IS THE MANAGER. HE SENT ME AN EMAIL FROM HIS IPHONE ADKING FOR MY ADDRESS TO SEND ME 150.00 FOR COMPASSIONATE ME. HE LIED ABOUT THAT. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP, UNTIL IM PAID.

It's okay when you're exhausted and really need sleep, but bring your own pillow unless you like very hard, lumpy pillows that make your neck hurt. The outlet by the bathroom sink didn't work, so I had to use another one to dry my hair. The room was clean, but bare. There was no comfortable chair to sit in or a table to eat food. I was ready to leave.

The Manager, Abba lives 9n property. He stole my items, I placed them down stairs waiting for my ride to pick me up. I went bk to get the rest of my items it took me maybe10 minutes. They were gone. I ran to off to view cameras . Guest what, hetook them down. He scammble them. This was March 27th. Fast forward I called Guest services made complaint, I called for 2 months. March, April, putting in the same complaint trying to resolve. To no avail. The fave me his email address. Now it's in the middle of May, o sent him email. He told Guest Services he would give 150.00. I have every email to prove it. He didn't send anything. Than He called Guest service bk and said he paid me inApril. I told GS why would he Waite until May 22, to tell you paid me in April. Lier,. That a wk later I get an email saying, I could come by the office pick the miney up, are he could mail it. A week went by, he sent nothing. The next day he Hacked my phone. I have all the proof. He a Liet, Thief Hacker. And that Motel js Roach, flee, Dog poop infested. Up Date july 2024, Abba the manger lied said he paid me a 150.00. He is a lier and a thief. Please keep your eye on him. Once he steal your belongings. He goes to the front office and scammble the camera. He will not let you view to see who stole from you. He is the thief. He stays on property in room 138. Beware. Who is Nancy. You call me. Abba the managerstill has not paid me 150.00. If he paid me, were is his proof. I gave him my address, he should have proof he sent it. I sure he did not send 150.00 cash. I have never been back to that property, since i left March 22nd. If he wasnt at fault, why would he tell guest services he paid me the 150.00 in April, which was a lie. Were is his proof. Abba the manger still have not paid me 150..00 for stealing my work gear. He isa thief.

Do NOT stay at Motel 6 Denton Tx. at hwy I 35 and university hwy 380. It’s full of bugs including ROACHES. It’s NOT maintained very well and needs a ton of improvement. They have No Respect for Military or Handicap guest. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

There were cockroaches in our room, and the grass area at the edge of the parking lot had used hypodermic needles lying on it. There were drunk homeless bums wandering the parking lot at night, and to top it all off, the two Meth addicts in the room next door fought half the night, slamming doors, yelling, throwing things. I called the hotel office and they did nothing about it. I finally ripped into the drug addicts at about 3:00 a.m. and threatened to call the police if it didn't end, which it finally did. The pillows were awful, and the bed was nothing more than an eight inch hard mattress on a rollaway frame. I talked to the management about a refund, and as they were from India (Indian descent) they suddenly couldn't understand basic English, which they had no problem speaking it the evening before while taking my money. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone for any reason. I've stayed in better rooms in Oakland California.

Wish I could give this place negative stars other than 1. If you planning on staying here 2 or 3 days you better let them in your room to clean it or you will get thrown out. They don't let you know that upon check in. You find out when you go to rerent the room after the manager threatens to throw you out of there. Also roaches get inside the room. Internet sucks here as well. And way too expensive for a runned down motel like this. 87 per night and that's with a cdl discount.

I stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms cause I only reserved 1 night at first. The first night was ok except for the floor. I walked around barefooted and my feet were black in 5 min. Can't see it with the color, but nasty and sticky. The second room had hair in the sink, tub, and bed. The sink and tub drains weren't draining good and the tub drain was nasty. Oh and when I did the OL reservation I used the name I've used my whole life but they saw my I'd had my legal name. One is short for the other. Both nights the clerk didn't believe me and didn't want to let me in. Bet they would have charged my card with the same name as the reservation.

It was a quick check in but the front desk guy wasn’t organized. Another patron was given access to a room they had someone staying in. The different shifts didn’t communicate well with each other.
