Wow. Just wow. I actually left a five star review for this place. I highly regret it. They have some type of scam going on. Where they accuse you of smoking in the room. We actually cleaned our room before we moved out. Regretfully. We even left a tip for the housekeeping. The room was spotless. No smells or anything whatsoever. I left a five star review even though the floor was damaged, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the sink barely worked, and the floor was absolutely horrifically, dirty. I was still going to leave a five star review. Because I am really nice. I was super courteous to the front desk, people and super nice and polite. We didn’t leave any mess or anything at all. And then after I checked out, some Middle Eastern, lady, probably the owner, called me yelling at me, saying that I smoked marijuana in the room. That literally never happened. There was zero smell. No smell at all whatsoever. These people are running a scam. I even noticed them outside of my room trying to spy. It was extremely weird. Stay far far away from this place. Very sketchy people. Dilapidated rooms, and they will literally steal your deposit for no reason at all.

Didn’t have high hopes for this hotel when booking but who would have thought it would get even worse than just a nasty room? Firstly don’t ever think of walking around without shoes. Socks and bare feet will be black because they do not clean the floors. Shower didn’t work only bathtub faucet worked and the bathtub its self was so nasty you couldn’t feel clean no matter how you showered. Now let’s get onto the really bad stuff… about 4 days into us staying here they decided it was finally time to come in and clean and replace towels, toilet paper etc. they also decided to steal our medications. When confronting the manager (just asking if she could find out who cleaned our room and talk to them) she decided that the best way to handle this was to yell at me and say, “None of them speak English. Why would they steal your medication.” When I went outside to file a police report my friend was still inside and said that the manager then threw a fit cursing about how no one would steal medication. Then after all this and spending the day at a music festival we come back to the room and were unable to open the door. Went the the front desk and he cursed at us and had an attitude about doing his job. We are now currently waiting to figure out if we’ll be able to get back into our room with all of our stuff in it.

Checked in on a Sunday morning (booked this room because it was close to a music festivals my significant other was attending) The required and $50 deposit. No problem I thought. The rooms are very bare minimum. They don’t come in and change towels/sheets or toilet paper but every 3 days?!?! When I asked for a change of sheets they took the sheets and never returned them. Their floors are truffling! My kids got out of the pool and got the floor wet, so I used a towel so the water wouldn’t ruin their floors and the towel was black along with our socks! Amd to top it off, our door didn’t lock. So we didn’t even require the hotel key! Check out Tuesday morning, completely cleaned out the room, trash and all. I haven’t gotten my deposit back, so I call and was told it was because the sheets were stained?!? How, they took them and never gave them back!?!? Everything is white, use some bleach! Beyond disappointed. $50 may seem little to a hotel but it’s a lot for someone who didn’t cause any damage to a room! Manager was supposed to call me back and never did. Good luck booking with this place 🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess the positive is. Their pool is nice and it’s pretty 🤷‍♀️

Booked this hotel during WTR festival. Room was fine except for the smoking smell but that’s all they had available. The rooms are updated except the showers and the pool is beautiful. Honestly would stay here again. My only complaint is that we stayed for 5 nights & we had NO room service in that entire time. No new towels, nobody changed the blankets or made the bed and the trash was never taken out.. Their little trashbags didn’t take much to fill. We were gone for the entire day and when we got back late every night I would notice that. 2 people for 5 nights with no room service… When we checked out they informed us they only service rooms every 3 days and must’ve just forgot us… I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t atleast come and take the trash and towels everyday. No remedy was offered for that, but whatever. I piled our little trash in the corner to make it easy on their cleaners.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big. The doors are on the outside of the motel. The door to the room did not shut good and could see light all around it. In the middle of the night, someone tried opening our door. The next day, people were begging for money from us. The place did not feel safe.

They put me inside a smoking room when I didnt not requested to be in one. When I asked the front desk guy, If he could move us to a non smoking room he said he couldn't because I did my reservation online threw Expedia. He was no help at all. I don't know recommend this motel at all.. Do not come here ..

When I checked in the room hadn't been swept so they moved us nextdoor then kept my deposit saying there were stains and blood on the sheets I'll never go back

Motel 6 was awesome!!! There not afraid to let people have fun! Was there for Rockville and they worked with me to get another day so I didn't have to drive home supertired! Will be there for next year! Oh and shuttle service was great!!
