I first want to thank you. My house was being tented and i could not find a place that would take me and my pet at a cost i could afford . The lady at the counter when i checked in gave me the room right in the front i felt she was giving me safety i thought it was nice. The lady when i checked out was so nice and pleasant. The only complaint i have is there were bugs in the room looked like termites. The last night one was flying . I also saw dead ones on the window sill.

I came down here to celebrate my 30th bday & actually left almost a day early due to the rooms. First room the heat didn’t work. Walked in to a 50 degree room & was told it takes a while to work(which it shouldn’t, I’m not at home) but I said ok, gave it 3 hours & still no heat.. saw a bug in the room & that was it for me so I went to the front desk & was helped by a nice lady up front. So sorry I didn’t get her name because she was so helpful. Took me to another room where the tv didn’t work & the phone didn’t work! Finally the 3rd room (128) the door did not lock! it just shut meaning if you had a key you could just walk in the door lock just spun but at that point I didn’t care I had drove 10+ hours to get there & plus I had Mr. Smith with me so anyone would’ve tried anything that would’ve been there last.. I actually left the night before check out due to being uncomfortable. Bed was wore way out, sheets were piss stained I mean even the WiFi was slow I used my 5G the entire stay. You know you’re somewhere were you don’t wanna be when you don’t even wanna go back to the room smh. Definitely feel ripped off considering I paid an early check in fee just for me to be in those conditions. The same thing I said the nice lady at the front desk is the same thing ima say on here these rooms should not be rented out!

I want to thank NYA at the front desk for being so cool and nice. SHES SO NICE AND GENOUROUS. Thank you MRS. SHIRLEY JAMES SHE IS THE BEST FOR HOUSEKEEPING , SHE SPEAKS TO YOU LIKE A REAL PERSON. VERY SWEET. MS. TONYA THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT HOUSEKEEPER, YOUR AMAZING. TO THE MAITENCE MAN WILL THANK YOU FOR FIXING OUR ROOM DOOR. GREAT GUY. THE POOL IS WESOME HERE.

This is a convenient location since it is down the street from Publix, a few eating spots and the Dania beach pier; both of which, are within walking distance. When we arrived the front desk and staff were very polite and on the second day they asked us if we were okay and needed anything. It has been delightful staying here especially for the price of being in south Florida!

Very neat place. Welcoming environment. VERY neighborly, plenty of people, entertainment, and action. You come here, you'll probably live every moment like it's your last. Or til it's your last 😂 but I love it here. Staff are also some of the friendliest you'll meet. Very responsive and straightforward 💕

My experience here was amazing. The staff is so friendly. The cleaning lady's are very nice as well. Ms.Tonya is so amazing. Head of housekeeping. She takes really good care of your amenities with room towels, wash clothes, bed sheets. She is also very communicative. Lovely personality. Keep up the great work.

We arrived just for a couple hours of sleep before a flight. The room was dirty and smelled very bad. The furniture is very old and the water at sink was at very high temperature and cannot be colder. The location is close to airport but not a walking distance from anywhere. Definitely the worst hotel I visited ever.

Have a great stay and a good night sleep. Managers Crystal and Tiawna is so friendly and nice. Very helpful and answer all the questions I had. My room was in great condition, relaxing.
