After watching a video of treatment to an 18 year old that had booked a room for the purpose of being safe in terrible weather, I will never ever use this place. The guy was rude on the video, the room was obviously dirty, bedding was obviously dirty, and there were bugs that could be seen in the bed on the video! Ridiculous! The owner will come back and say how this will be looked into and how this is unacceptable, but truth is they do not care. Its best to fork out the extra money and go stay at a decent hotel.

This was by far my worst experience at any motel. I do not recommend this for anyone prone to sickness or just any disease, but for anyone in general this is not a good place. Me and my husband Damion were staying here for his anal cancer surgery, and we for sure got surprised when we saw this dump, the hospital gave us this motel to stay in so i expected it to be nice and safe for my dying husband but, no it was the opposite, i first walked in and got a overwhelming scent of smoke and poop which made me already sick feeling. Then i when on into the trashy bathroom and was caught by surprise whenever i found dead cockroaches in the tub. I was super sleeping after the ride from Louisiana so i went to lay down and cover up when i finally felt bugs crawling on me, you guessed it, that was my last straw. this i not disability friendly so my poor husband could barely get on the bed. I went and complained to the front desk but they hate their job to much to help us out, so we were stuck there for the night and awoken by gun fire, itchiness, and banging on our door. Damion snuck out of the room and found a local dealer and took the drugs and died. i will never go back this place took my husband and all my money from me. i hate motel trashy.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL My son and his friend was traveling back from Atlanta and having to drive through bad storms and tornado watches. They stopped to get off the road for safety, paid for their room, and after arriving in it immediately saw how nasty it was. He sent me videos where he’d started to check the bed for bugs and the mattress pad looks as if someone had vomited on it. He found bug shells and droppings. They immediately called the manager for a refund, which was refused. This person began yelling at my son, which he also has on video. I called to speak with the desk clerk to see if I could help to mediate and was told my son would have to call back in the morning. I was also told that they wash their mattress covers every three months and that should be sufficient. They drove all the way back to Knoxville in storms. This morning when he called to speak to the manager he was hung up on twice. The third time the manager stated he was not giving a refund because my son stayed all night. We have time stamps of the pending charge (check in), time stamped video of the nasty room and the desk clerk yelling. We also have his time stamped location/gps from his phone showing when he left and arrived home. The manager still continues to lie and my sons card was charged for a nights stay. That’s credit card fraud and it’s a federal offense.

Originally booked here cause I had drove up from fl to buy a puppy and they were pet friendly. Guy at the desk was friendly and helpful but the room was grosse. Found 3 dead cockroaches and the tub had not been cleaned had hair and dirt in it not to mention the room was tiny! Went back to get refunded and the guy tried to give me another room in the same bug infested motel. Finally I told him I was gonna find a cleaner hotel and he said it would refund my money back to My credit card but didn't give me any receipt or have me sign anything. Definitely won't be returning.

Was there with my wife on a business trip. It was convenient. the room was alright. Haven't received her deposit back still, and I have called multiple times. At check-in, we were told that we would get our deposit back within 3-5 buisness day's. When we did not receive it back, I called and was t0ld that it would be sent no later than 10 buisness day's. It's been an entire month and no deposit still. There's no reason for us not to get the deposit. We took pictures and videos of the room the morning of checkout

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE!! Please do not stay at this motel! It's disgusting and not cleaned properly. It has mold/mildew buildup, blood stains on the bed and linen, other unregonizable stains on beds & linen. Under the beds are disgusting! Yes when staying at a motel while traveling, the beds are to be moved and inspected! All linen is to be inspected! If you're not checking for a CLEAN place that you can enjoy your night with family or yourself, then you may be picking up some unwanted guests such as bugs and or bed bugs! Aside from this, you can become ill due to these filthy conditions. Me and my son lodged one night at this motel in December 2023 while travelling for the holidays. The bathroom was disgusting, the linen had horrible smells, it's was absolutely disgusting! The following day after check out, I became very sick and was rushed to the E.R./diagnosis was pneumonia, followed by a six day stay at a hospital in mid East Georgia. When and if I connect the dots between the motel stay and pneumonia, I will be filing a lawsuit against this motel! I have my own personal pictures for my records, these pictures were sent to me this morning by someone else who lodged there last night! This is horrible and should not be tolerated as it is health hazards and risks and is very dangerous to anyone! I'm sure the staff does not sleep in these conditions, so why should a paying customer sleep in and with these conditions?! Careful where you Lodge!!

Yup gross room but I knew that was gonna happen. What was beyond gross was the txt messages I started getting THE NIGHT I stayed here. No proof they saved my contact info from checking in but I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

Disgusting do not stay here! Moldy, dirty tub, dirty sheets, blood stains, cigarette burns, also very noisy area, and rude staff. Tub was covered in cigarette burns, hair on all the sheets but the blood stains in mattress were the worst! This place needs to be reported
