Motel 6 Cutler Bay, FL - Motel in Cutler Bay - 10775 Caribbean Blvd, USA

Stayed at Motel 6 for 6 days. The room was fine for ghetto standards, but the shower only had two settings: cold and Antarctica! If you need a wake-up call, just hop in the shower. 10/10 would recommend if you love ice baths!

Melitta is very professional and courteous! Front desk is in order when you arrive. Asking for anything that applies to assistance with toiletries or anything the applies to service! Top shelf!

I will never in my life recommend this hotel or step foot in his hotel. Hundred dollar room no microwave no refrigerator No working elevator no working ice machine. Elevator smells like piss food that we bought went bad due to refrigerator. Couldn’t even put it on ice because the ice machine was broken. Telephone phones don’t work. Nobody answers the phone at the front desk. When you walk down they can’t do nothing to help you. The worst experience I have ever been through!!!!!! The only reason why I give a star is because a star is not available never again

THE WORST rooms and service that I ever visited/experienced. There were ants and bugs in the room, several cracked walls, unclean towels….I mean I could not think of anything that was good in the room. We literally waited to get out in the morning. Since it was around 1am, I couldn’t think of going to a different hotel as well. Late night receptionist lady is extremely rude. I booked this hotel because they mentioned over the call that they can accept guest certificates (I have this recorded on audio). When I visited there today, they changed their stance and made me pay amount with my credit card. CHEATING. Edit: Only good thing during my stay here was the morning shift receptionist. She was nice and acknowledged that someone provided wrong info about guest certificates and refunded 20$ of my amount. She spoke nicely.

About the only good thing was the price, and the location which was close to a where our favorite band was playing. The pool was off limits since it couldn't pass inspection. The only 2 ice machines in the lobby were both out of service. Was there for 3 nights. They left us 2 small bars of face soap, 2 light shower towels, a face towel and one wash rag for the entire 3 nights. no refresh at all. no fridge and no microwave in the room. But we had an old style bottle opener attached to the bathroom vanity!! The palm trees were nice..

We decided to book there as an emergency as our AC stopped working and I wanted the kids to actually sleep and it was fairly close to our home. The check-in and check out process was the only good thing about our stay. The sheets had stains in them, the walls were gross with things splattered on them. The toilet moved forward even when my 3 yr old sat on it. The sink stopper was in the down position and the lever broken so the water was not going anywhere. There were a lot of noises outside between kids running and footsteps. The elevator smelled like pee and it all just felt just disgusting Absolutely would not recommend!!

Worst experience of my life. I booked a week prior to my stay, got there and there was no rooms available. Only for them to try to redeem themselves and make the situation worse, charged me again for money I was supposed to be reimbursed. Now I’m waiting on two refunds from places I never stayed! Staff don’t know anything, trash customer service and liars. I could go on and on about my experience but there isn’t enough space here.Do not stay here, you will deeply regret it. Ruined my entire trip.

Great staff and hotel I love how it's pet friendly and clean house keepers are great as well! Diamond is the best she is so courteous and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help with whatever questions or concerns you may have! Ask for her when you book your next stay! She's great!!
