Motel 6 Columbus, OH - OSU North - Motel in Columbus - 750 Morse Rd, USA

I stayed In a weekly room and was very pleased. There is a store across the street, the freeway is easy to access, I have NEVER seen a bug... the fridge worked very good, microwave was good.... staff are very pleasant, but won't put up with non compliant guests, I personally enjoy them and their hotel, my husband and babies would agree!!

Well, first, the location is ok for the need. Other than that, than that avoid at all cost. Booked room at $80 a night 2 days in the room became $85 a night no explanation. The rooms are in ill repair, the staff may or may not give you towels, clean or not is subjective. The people there varry greatly. The first night there was a party going until 3am or so... as this is what i came back to after work. There are train tracks but 50 yards from the rooms and the trains go by frequently and loudly as it is 90% frieght. So sleep is what you can sleep through. Beds are a basic matress on what feels like plywood base. The sinks may or may not drain, the hot water went out and was out for 5 days no explanation or any type of compensation made... oh and the on site laundry didnt work, was listed as an amenities but not available.

Zero stars!! I was completely deceived by the pictures they have posted showing what the rooms look like. The most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. I seen a few small bugs, didn't really know what they were at first until I seen a huge roach above my head!! The walls are dirty, broken furniture, and you have to argue with the manager to get even ONE towel! I have paid for a 2 week stay, I had better be getting refunded for the WHOLE trip. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be forced to stay with roaches, they better hope none of my small children or I end up with any issues from roaches. This is unsanitary, and has got to be illegal to let people sleep in a toxic environment. Ohio laws say that even the walls need to be clean.

Positive: Clean, recently renovated, nice sheets and brand new flooring. I will stay gain. 16 minutes from airport, very convenient Negative: some traffic noise but I used ear plugs and it was fine.

Very disappointed! Stayed for four days during Sonic Temple. The AC unit sounded like it was preparing for take off when the compressor kicked in. When in fan only mode, that was a completely different sound! Impossible to get towels. Asked at the front desk for some. They said they would send someone up. That didn't happen. We ask one of the cleaning people that was on the floor for toilet paper and towels. I not sure he could under stand us. He did finally go to the room beside us and got a roll of TP. On day three while at the show, they did come in and make the beds. Also had to take our own trash out. Will never use this place again.

Furniture is destroyed. Not enough towels for one person when two were booked. Refrigerator doesn't get cold. In room phone doesn't work. Bathroom door doesn't stay shut. Had to walk to front desk for a towel. Had to buy air freshener for room. If room wasn't close to venue it would get a 1 of 5.

First off train goes by every 20-30 minutes all day all night! Rooms are decent for price. However, we asked for late check out cause we are having truck issued. They gave us 30 extra minutes. But housekeeping came at 10am, then owner ( male) came & knocked at 11 am, calls wife she confirms we have until 1130, but at 1115 he uses key and tries to come in. I had latch over so he couldn't. My husband not back with truck so I'm going to stand outside with stuff and my puppy in cold and rain.

I tried to contact Motel 6 directly and had no response. I stayed a few weeks ago and the room was beyond disgusting. There was pubic hair in the sink and tub, look to be cigarette burns and yellow colored stains on the sheets in the bed. The floor was also a disaster with dirt and absolutely disgusting. I went to go take a hot shower before I tried to get some sleep and there was no hot water. Finally I ended up leaving around 1am and continuing my trip because that room felt disgusting and I couldn’t even take a hot shower. The best thing for this location to do if the rooms are presented that dirty is close. VERY disappointing for Motel 6.
