This place is almost perfect. The staff treat you kindly. They actually have personalities! I've seen every staff member go above and beyond for several guests. Sam has a personality that jived with us, he's super smart and respectful. The only thing that could be better is lights for the walk way and benches across the parking lot. Also hang the TV, it's hard to see from the bed... Other than that it's fantastic! ❤️
Newly renovated rooms. Office staff was very friendly. Able to park directly in front of the room. Great price.
New owners, super helpful staff, rapid room renovations/overhaul in process; they're clean, tidy and comfortable. Definitely a nice upgrade from old Extended Stay. Would definitely recommend.
Had my mother stay here about a week ago and is very unpleased with her input of this ran down business. I've tried calling a handful of times and can never get in touch with a manager or even have knowledge if there is even a manager. The pictures she sent me of her room were horrifying and no way acceptable for the price we paid even with senior discount. There's no handicap rooms and was told that a first floor room would be twice the price. Had to pay an $100 deposit since there is no knowledge of a pets fee until arrival. Pests in every corner and carpet reaks of smoke and pet odor. Very poor establishment and does not accomodate the elderly or furry friends what so ever. Maybe management will reach out now.
Book a room get a confirmation number and then they inform you that they're sold out? That should break some kind of antitrust laws place is nasty anyway I don't spend your money there
Clean and comfy rooms! The staff was caring and definitely kept the light on for us!
There was an issue with the key card reader when I went, but Gerard did all he could to make things right. Very friendly with a stressful situation out of their control.
