The staff here are wonderful so friendly and always quick to help. The room was clean beds are comfortable. It's quiet. I was not to sure because the price is so good, but they definitely take care of you like it's a high-end hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!!

We had a very good stay. It was a perfect location for us. The cost was much less than had we stayed at any other hotel close by.. The room was clean and hot shower. Very large fridge was great for our needs. Some negatives were the outside trash and butts. Bathtub drain was slow. No maid services were apparent but we were fine without it.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I lived in this hotel for a couple months while trying to find a permanent home. The lovely people who run this place have been amazing, wonderful people. Always working with us. The rooms are comfortable and open. Definitely recommend

This has to be, hands down, the nastiest motel I have seen in years. I made reservations weeks ago, celebrating my birthday. We get to the motel and the first thing I was informed that they only had smoking rooms. I was shocked since we all know the nasty stink in smoking rooms. We went to check the room anyway and did an immediate about-face and walked out. Everything was old, smelly, dirty. Run, do not pass go, do not collect $200...run!

While being an older motel, everything is clean and I've stayed here for 2 weeks on and off. Staff helped me find my headphones and remembered our names. I think some people are picky, this is a great place to stay. It's located in Chicopee, nice neighborhood. It's family owned, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the updates. It's cheap, clean, and comfortable. Which is a lovely compared to a typical motel if you think about it. McDonalds is 5 steps away. Love this place I will come back each time.

Here 4 nights and cleaned the room 1 time when I requested it because trash was full. Had to run to the office for towels. Non smoking room but there were burn holes in the bedspread. For the price it was awful!!

Worst hotel ever!!! No pool, no breakfast. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom too. We came to check in at 12h and they said that they sold our room and that the only room available is a smoking room. They offered us 2 separate rooms with 2 double size bed. DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

Very nice experience. Pet friendly, the rooms are good sized and clean, full size fridge, microwave, tv. The phones need work.... But other than that it's a good hotel. Prices are not bad.
