The staff at this hotel was awesome. The place is very clean. You couldn’t ask for a better Motel 6 to stay in that’s for sure with the kitchen at in some rooms it’s just phenomenal place. The management team is top-notch pro. They handle everything in the timely manner very very nice people. If you’re looking for a place to stay around the Houston area I suggest you drive to Channelview and stay here clean hotel nice area, easy access to the The freeways they have an outdoor barbecue just an awesome hotel

I waited to write this review because the property was well operated but I would not stay here again. The staff was nice and helpful. People outside drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. Clientele here are mostly workers with loud vehicles. Loud late into the evening. Good place if you are working in the area but not what we were looking for in a hotel. We were there for a class and between loud occupants and traffic this did not work us.

Bobby you need people that know how to speak English and all the hotel was interested in was fema money I offered to pay for two rooms wads told they were only doing fema vouchers they suck they kicked my grandson out into the heat and ice machine had a butch of bugs my grandson is 3 and his mother as well they were out in the heat and also putting them on the news

Very nice room & great people that run it! They even had someone come out and cook tacos free of charge, & they were DELICIOUS, just to show their appreciation 😁

Smelt like mold and tbh im thankful we had a place to stay but rather go some where else where there’s no crack heads hanging outside while your with your kids

I was very pleased with my stay here. The front desk staff was very kind, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Sai, Raj and the nice man that wears the Aggies shirts. The manager Bobby was great. He's respectful, willing to assist and ensures that the guest have a pleasant stay. Also, Thank you Kristy for your kindness and conversation. This hotel is clean and the grounds are maintained. The housekeeping staff is great and efficient. A special thank you to Erica and Flora for taking care of everything, You both have beautiful spirits. My pet and I had a peaceful stay and will definitely return. Iam grateful to the entire staff here for making my month as a guest a great one. Keep up the good work.

This place is amazing. I want to thank Raj and Kristie for their amazing customer service. The building and rooms were clean and well-kept. Housekeeping did a spectacular job. Every day, I had a clean room, fresh towels, and toiletries. You are within a 10-minute driving distance of stores, restaurants, and gyms. I had a business trip to Baytown that would only last a few days. I just needed a room for a great value. At Motel 6 Channelview, I received that and so much more. I see the ownership won an award for franchisee of the year in 2020. I think they deserve another one. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I are staying here for a few months. We're lucky not just for the friendly housekeeping staff and great prices but on occasion the owner Bobby and his family provide taco nights for the entire motel! Will stay here again in the future 😁
