This place charged me 100 dollars for "a room that's closed for renovation". The TV didn't work in 3 rooms. The girl working there said 2 rooms had water in them. The 2 owners said they didn't care especially the woman. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ECONOLODGE!

Ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Shady people coming and going all night long, so, not very family friendly. Customer service was okay, could have been better. And the 'breakfast' was only muffins and cereal. Nothing hot at all.

We thought we were getting a non-smoking room, it kind of smells like a clean ashtray. Supposed to get a handicap room, wasn't available when we got there. Had to sleep in a chair, the bed was too soft. Nothing but regular coffee as a breakfast amenity. Other than those few things, there's not much else to say. I gave it three stars, because the lady at the front desk and was very nice.

It was almost a nightmare. The first room was absolutely filthy. The was backed up sewerage in the toilet and to my surprise I moved the shower curtain the the same thing had backed up onto the tub. The young lady at the desk immediately moved us to another room. I came there because I am a travel nurse so I just wanted to rest comfortable and work. While I was at work my son saw two adult women fight at the pool to the point where one was bleeding. With ALL of that going on the very BEST thing at the motel was the kind nice and friendly people who worked behind the desk. You are fortunate to have them all and they actually show how much they like their jobs. I appreciate them. As far as stay there again? It will never happen

We loved the accommodations; the size of the room and the amenities were great. However, the room was dirty. The floor was not vacuumed well; we found pills on the floor, and the bathroom floor was sticky and covered in footprints. If we pass through again, we will choose this hotel because of the size of the room and the comfy seating that was provided in-room so we didn't have to watch TV from bed. The pool looked clean and inviting, but we did not have proper attire for swimming. Staff was very courteous. Location was very nice; close to highway, food, and gas.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The place was filthy and stunk. Management should be ashamed of themselves. I guess I should have known since it was so cheap, but we couldn't take our shoes off the carpet was so gross, and I wouldn't even put my suitcase on the chair, it was so filthy. If everyplace else wasn't already booked for the busy weekend we would have left. The bathroom was totally gross. Please do something about this place. Just because it is all some people can afford, doesn't mean they shouldn't have a clean place to stay. To top things off the room next to us began playing loud music, talking and laughing at around 1:00 in the morning after they banged into their room, then didn't stop the music til 3:30 a.m. I called the front desk twice to complain about there being a party in the room next door and got no answer. Told front desk about it in the morning and they said "oh our phones are down". Ya, right. My husband said "they were probably at the party". Shameful place!!

I reserved a non-smoking room but the first two rooms I was offered had strong odors, partially of cigarette smoke. The carpets in the first two rooms were quite dirty as were those in the hallways. The entrance door to the building where I stayed would not stay closed even though it was supposed to be a secure entrance. The man who staffed the front desk was very accommodating, and checked with me by phone to be sure the third room was acceptable, which it was.

Lowest price around, but BEWARE and read on. MY EXPERIENCE: Location is convenient, very easy-access to I-81. On check-in the front desk guy was really nice and helpful. Told me he upgraded me to a "better area" of the place. Nice! I headed to the room. The "better area" immediate impression was smoke smelly hallway with noisy people partying in several rooms down the hall (after midnight). Also noted a number of garbage bags by doors out in the hall (?) Entering into my room it is immediately obvious the carpets have crumbs and dust in all the corners everywhere. Okay maybe their vacuum cleaners are old? Bathroom looks clean at first, but maybe they wiped it with a hairy cloth, as hairs were in all corners of tub and tile. Room was pretty spacious but very dated. Mattress was pretty new, but nothing else was. And then came the NOISE. I was only in the room a few minutes and then there came the sound of yelling in the hallways, and banging on walls in the halls, which went on for quite some time. I guess the only reasons I can come up with to give one star rather than zero is for location and front desk staff. The rest needs to be torn out and redone.
