For the price, the rooms are great. The housekeeping people do a good job at keeping up with things. Kasandra at the front desk is AWESOME! She is very sweet and always helpful. It’s obviously not a Hilton, so don’t expect Hilton standards. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a pretty decent place to stay that isn’t crazy overpriced though!!

I stayed in this hotel for almost 30 days. For the price you are paying, everything is reasonable. Towards the end of my stay, I noticed that housekeeping unfortunately did not come and clean my room and had not done so in the entire last week (they clean the rooms approximately three times a week). I also had to request for towels frequently as these were not restocked. This hotel sits right next to a couple of shopping complexes, so the location is decent. For visiting medical students, the University of Maryland Medical Center is a 15-minute drive away from this hotel. I would like to extend my gratitude to the manager of the hotel who graciously allowed me a delayed check-out so I could sit for an extremely important interview I had. He didn't charge me for the full night, despite me vacating around 8:00. I'm truly appreciative of that, and for that alone, the other limitations are nullified and my review of this hotel is a 5/5.

Motel6 Catonsville allows pets. This was what originally swayed my decision to stay at this location. Kassandra (front desk) clerk was the other reason. She is an amazing customer service representative. This young lady swayed my decision to stay with her respectfulness her kindness and her attention to detail. She is a wonderful hostess and motel 6 is a better place because she is there.

I decided to spend my 30 day staycation at the Motel6 in Catonsville (where I live) and loved it. The room was just my style, the accomodations where good and the staff was very friendly. Especially Kassandra at the front desk. She is sweet, smart, funny, plays by the rules and is fluently bilingual. I even made a few friends there. A wonderful experience overall.

I stayed here for two nights due to driving for like 10 hours straight and I needed to rest. I stayed here before like a couple years ago and I had to leave two days early due to everything being disgusting. I am so thankful for new management. They came in and did wonders for this place. The floors are hardwood. Which I love because no bugs can stay for free now. When I first checked in the gentleman gave me a bag of chips and a twinky. I just needed to rest and not be bothered as I was headed for another long drive again. What I would ask to be different is the rooms are smoke free (which I love) so everyone huddles right out front of the check in spot. The music was playing really loud all night long and the doors were slamming all night long. I had to get something from my car and this guy was screaming “I’m gonna kill everyone who looks at me”. So I just went back into my room. When I went to extend my room for another night the front desk guy couldn’t even find anything about me in the computer. So I more training in that department would be great. KASANDRA- sweetheart!!!! She knew I had a long drive ahead of me and she gave me a cold water bottle and said “you got this long drive”. And told me to drive safe. Awesome girl!!! Thank you very much Kasandra. You are definitely a keeper lol. Overall- I would definitely recommend this place. The location is great. If you can’t find a place to eat something is wrong. Plenty of gas stations and restaurants surround the hotel. A Walmart is right up the street. Again, Kasandra, thank you for your kindness!!!

My experience at motel 6 Cantonsville has always been great….great customer service and rooms always clean and pillows soft. KK at the front is amazing always treats me like family and always has a smile on his face. I rate them 10 of 10||Maritza & Luz

Casandra was professional, always has answers and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay here everything went smooth and easy. Thanks to the hole staff that working there . I’ll come again for sure 👍
