Motel 6 Carson, CA - Motel in Carson - 888 E Dominguez St, USA

This is definitely the cleanest Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating, with placing our family rooms together. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I want to start off by stating. That this is one of the nicest Motel 6 that I have stayed at. I have been extending my stay day by day due to this motel being so nice. However, I was completely blindsided today when I went to extend for another 2 nights and the front desk told me that he had to do an inspection in order for me to stay. After his inspection he informed me that I was not allowed to extend because my room smelled like dogs. Well of course, I have two dogs that I informed the front desk about at check in. I stay at motel 6 because of their very friendly dog policy. My dogs did not damage the room in any way but one dog uses a pee pad which is what he was smelling in the room. I attempted to explain that to the front desk but they refused to hear it. This was completely random and does not align with other motel 6 that I previously stayed at. Despite it being a well kept hotel, I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you are traveling with pets

Very nice room, I liked it but the people who stay here make you feel so unsafe and it's so hard to take rest as it doesn't matter if you communicate that you don't want room service, they will still knock on your door twice a day real hard until you open. I stood here 4 nights and I told the personel in the lobby and they said they would make sure they don't bother me but they always did. Also some lady asking for checkout time at 11 am everyday and I had to tell her every morning I was still staying a few more nights. Kind of hard to rest, a lot of people walk by with big dogs they keep in their room, I also saw a guy have his dog pee on the hotel floor right outside his room. This is nasty.

If I could give no stars I would. My group and I had a delayed flight due to the microsoft outage that occurred. We arrived around 4am and the guy from the desk told us check in was at 1am but he’ll give us an exception due to the outage. We go up to the room and it is dirty and not cleaned at all. Bathroom nasty, bed sheets and pillows weren’t clean, floors and counters dirty. Asked the guy at the main desk to give us another room and he said that’s the only room open and gave us sheets for us to change the bed ourselves. We slept with no pillows, just the bedsheets he only provided us. He told us we could get no refund and to try to talk to the manager the next morning. I am livid since he gave us a dirty room and didn’t let us know at check-in that no rooms were cleaned. We could’ve went somewhere else if he would’ve told us there were no clean rooms and he refused a refund saying it was too late.

Great place! I was comfortable. For my short stay. Simha Singh was VERY NICE and helped me with all my needs! Great customer service! Need more people like him. Great job!

The convenience of the location is fine. The only thing I did not understand is why they are asking for a deposit for a motel. They don't even check the room to make sure the room is fine soon as you give them the key back they say OK you're gonna get your deposit in 72 hours which is not acceptable

this room looks clean but it was very dirty we didn’t even stay in there for 5 minutes I killed 2 roaches then saw another in the bathroom and there was bed bugs on the covers. The front desk guy kept trying to tell me that there was just insects in the bed but there was multiple crawling around. He even killed one with his finger.

It was a very nice place fro the price and i would recommend it. There were however some issues. The bed matrices did not stay on the frame and kept sliding off and it was dangerous with a kid in the room. We also found several dead flies in the room. Room service was alright, they kept restocking our towels which was nice. The pool didnt open till 10 am and closed at 7 pm. When i would try to call the place, i would get the automatic recording and each time i would press the number it said to, it would ring for a while and then go back to the prerecorded message. It was really annoying. It was also incredibly insecure becaause even though they claim the outside doors stay locked all the time, they dont lock at all, so anyone could just walk in. It felt very unsafe. Overall this place is ok, it was definetly worth the price. The dont have extra pillows at front counter.
