Tammie was great and super helpful when I was needing to check in early. She was very nice and informative and friendly to me and the other customers in the lobby. I love coming back to this location, it's always clean and everyone is friendly.

Once again, I’m staying at this motel 6. Compared to other motel 6’s, this is by far the best one. Everyone here is very caring and kind. They do their best to ensure your stay here is accommodating. While other motel 6’s may have kind size beds, the service here is outstanding which makes up for it. The rooms are spacious still and clean, they are not suffocating at all. Prayerfully we won’t be here much longer but if we are then it’s a welcome stay. There’s no place like Motel 6 Buena Park.

Last min find near by our destination. Arrived late into the night, just to get a few hours of sleep. Down right…. this is no place for anyone to stay. Upon arrival, there was another family who checked in a while before us. Come find out he was asking for a refund. They had found some kind of bug in their bathroom. My husband and I were very uncomfortable. The front clerk insisted we looked at the room that they were giving us. My husband checked and said it seems okay. It’s only to get a few hours of sleep. So we ended up staying. Few things we have found in our room. (Pictures provided) I was to the point where we kept nothing in the room. If we stepped out, we took it all with us. I honestly don’t know how this place has this kind of rating along with out-dated pictures online and why they cost so much. If you’re charging people that much per night, why have you not replaced the furniture or get professional companies to come and actually clean, sterilize and update. I will never recommend this place. We will never come back, it’s not worth our hard working money spent here!

We requested the third floor, away from the elevator. Staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. Price for queen bed, 2 adults seniors was 70.00 a night with tax. Very, very clean, simple room, coffee and tea in office in the mornings. No bugs! Felt safe enough, well lit parking lot and area. Near Knox berry farm. Restaurants in walking distance, donut shop close. Do not hesitate to book rooms here.

Michelle at the front desk was amazing, super fast check in! Place looks good, quiet, and I'd come back for sure Reply to owner: it's already next time! I rebooked! Only thing this hotel lacks at is it needs an elevator, but I'm happy with everything else. Plenty of places to walk the dog, plenty of food nearby, close to the highway, friendly staff day and night, no mold, no bugs, decent internet, and a pretty comfy bed/pillows. Better than a lot of other motel 6's.

Location is ok. When i first arrived i noticed a car in the lot full of roaches crawling ontop of it. I also found more roaches in my room and am scared to bring them home with me. Additionally, room service does not actually clean your room and you have to bug them for towels. I would not recommend coming here due to roaches. Update: Manager was very rude. They only wanted to refund 5% of the whole stay. They said if we had told them earlier on they had roaches they would change us to another room. it makes no sense!! the parking. lot is infested with roaches that coat cars at night but were the only people to complain. Well here's their proof. These were all over my bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. 5% won't even cover the exterminator bill should i have to hire one!!! Horrible service! Do NOT go here. Go anywhere else.

OMG!!!! I read a lot of reviews on sites...and it really didn't seem that bad. But all the reviews praise the front end staff and I 100% agree that our front end person, Akex, was great. But it stops there. This hotel caterers to individuals that are looking for a bargain... And that was myself. But the images do not convey the actual aesthetic experience. Many AC units do not work well! They DO NOT designate specific rooms when guests stay with animals so any room in the entire place could have just hosted a guest with an animal (usually dogs). I have nothing against people with service animals as my experience is they are much more responsible with their dogs. While walking around the property, all I could smell was dog urine and dog poop...especially the small area of real grass at the back of the property. UNBELIEVABLY STRONG AND PUNGENT!!! In the rooms, they have 2 double beds. Very very basic...no pillow top...and did not feel comfortable to sit on. Once I got my kids and wife from the mall, they scrutinized it much more closely. There were human hairs all over the shower area, the bathrooms look like they've been painted with house paint and it's all chipped and dirty (looking). There were hairs all over the beds (although my son said it appeared to be dog hair) and then my daughter found bugs in the bed. At that point we decided to cancel our reservation and find another hotel in the area. The front desk staff (Alex) said he could only refund 6 out of the 7 nights and we would have to call the general manager the next day to get refunded for our initial check in night. When we did call, the assistant manager said that they could not refund for the following reasons: 1) it took us over an hour from our initial check in to us finding out the horrible state of the rooms (I checked in, dropped our bags and then went and picked up the family from the mall. I did not inspect the room but did change it from our initial one because the first one was right outside the doggy relief area and stunk like urine, poop and wet dog) 2) we booked with a third party app (doesn't everyone now a days) This is truly one of the worst places to consider staying. If it's a last resort, it's relatively inexpensive but there are many other options close by for about the same price or less. Don't go through what I experienced and find a different spot.
