I was greeted and treated like a valued human being. Amber was so kind and thoughtful she made sure we were checked in quickly and even gave directions to the restaurant we saw reviews for and wanted to go to. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed.
Staff always treat us with great respect and smiles. Rooms are nice sized and comfortable. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms! Best price in town. Nice clear pool where other guests hang out and have fun. Love the BBQ grill to cook steaks. They have a Studio 6 here too where they have the kitchenettes but I love to grill.
Rooms were clean, front staff is awesome and they helped us with everything that we needed. The manager (Nick) he is very helpful and really awesome! Housekeepers were very polite and helpful with anything I needed for my room. They do a good job. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I was sceptical about booking this place because of reading the reviews but after staying here I was actually treated with respect and had no problems more importantly my room was clean. Keep up the good work!
Positive: Convenience,and location Negative: Yes they said we can't book there no more, BECAUSE baby powder on bathroom floor was to hard to clean up. There cleaning ladies don't know how to clean anyways. But that's ridiculous to loose a couple that stayed thereat least 2 times a week.
I stayed here for a weekend, and I walked into the room, rhe floor was wet & looked like it had been mopped with a dirty wet rag. I looked under the desk and literally found toe nail clippings. I went to take a shower and found mold on the shower curtain. I have pics of everything, I attempted to speak with the front desk, she informed me she would pass it along to the manager and he would call. I stayed over a month ago and still nothing. I should just dispute the charges because it was absolutely disgusting.
They will just steal your money. Sarah and Angel at the front desk are belligerent thieves. The power is out in Houstin, and it is 100 degrees. Rooms are filling up everywhere. I booked on travelocity for speed purposes, then called the hotel to confirm. They had no record of my reservation and they had no rooms available. Of course, I didn't go there. I was trying to get my 80 year old mother to someplace with air conditioning so driving around trying to find a place was not an option. I contacted travelocity the next day to make sure that they were processing the refund. Angel refused to give the refund and said that I was a no show. I called the hotel directly and the first question I asked before giving my name was if they had any rooms available. They said no. Then, we started to discuss why they wouldn't give me a refund if they didn't have any rooms anyway. Angel couldn't handle it and got Sarah on the phone. On the phone with me, she finally gave in because she realized that her story was just full of holes, but when travelocity called to confirm it, she refused again. These people are degenerate greedy scum who are taking advantage of people in a natural disaster. Shame on you! Fully booked but still trying to making money off others for no reason. Enjoy the few hundred dollars, especially since you know that Angel and Sarah aren't the ones actually getting the money. They are allowing the owners to benefit from them acting like terrible human beings- they might want to rethink that.
Dirty dirty floors. Dirty mop and water was used. Not complaining much, we were in town for work and the girls at the front desk were amazing and we were able to get into our room early.
Worst place ever! AC units take forever to cool down the room. Cracks on the bottom and side of front door. The ceiling is about to fall. Floor is spongy.
