Motel 6 Bossier City, LA - Motel in Bossier City - 1984 Airline Dr, USA

I really want to like this place because the people that are workers here are friendly and kind but the owner of this hotel and those who clean the rooms seriously need to have a retraining. We literally booked our room ahead of time we're even hours late to check again and our room was still not ready we first walked in there was nothing to keep our food in as in no refrigerator no microwave even the bed wasn't properly made. And there were stains and burns all over the mattress. Then they put us in another room which was even worse the microwave and the refrigerator that were there had mold and rust inside of them and we were willing to deal with it because you know it's one night we're going to leave we found live roaches in our refrigerator! We left soon after.

Do not go here unless you want zero amenities. I mean zero, not even a working ice machine. Room has no coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, furniture except for the bed and tv stand, or any free toiletries. It did have cigarette burns on the stained linen, bugs, sticky floors and a filthy bathroom. They say in their advertisement they have a pool, but that was filled with dirt, and judging by the high weeds on that, it's been closed for a long time. When I checked my credit card statement I found that it was only three dollars cheaper than the much nicer hotels I've stayed in while on this trip. Do not go here!!!

This review follows a previous comment. Attention! Fraudulent establishments! While we were away, the motel employees seized our belongings and blocked access to our room. The invented excuse is that we had not settled the room, yet confirmed by the booking platform (with receipt like proof). They made us pay to get our stuff back. What a surprise to discover that they had searched our belongings and worse that they had stolen the valuables (laptop)! The worst part of all this was geotagging the laptop in the motel... What more? Ah yes, the cleanliness of the rooms more than doubtful (cockroaches, waste under the beds, microwave oven very close of catch fire). After the first nights, I personally had big red marks on my legs (I saw a doctor, it was insect bites...). I confirm that the staff is unpleasant and the owner is endowed with incredible bad faith. We would have slept in front of the motel on the sidewalk, it would have been identical and cheaper...

The location is great. Conveniently located to I-20 and several restaurants and gas stations. The staff is friendly. The size of the room is adequate and most surfaces appear clean. However the floors don't appear to have ever been mopped. Additionally, there is not a microwave or fridge included in the room.

Having a great stay it's very safe and great location and Ashley and Sammie at front desk are wonderful. They are so helpful. Great place to stay. The ladies up front make it even better.

If you are looking for a quiet night's rest, you most definitely won't find it here. The couple next to me fought two nights in a row between 12am -4am I'm sure management heard about it. I'm sure it was reported. Actually, the police should have been called the way he was beating that woman. If you book on hotels. com like I did this is what you will get see photos. At check in I told front desk clerk I had prepaid on app showed her receipts and all she charged my card a higher rate just to have to do a refund. Front desk knew I was there for 5 nights yet locked me out of room twice

Staff was friendly. I suffer with anxiety and was having a mini attack due to nearby traffic and construction. The staff was very nice when it came to my husband handling the questions, the room was in my name.

The service was excellent The room was clean The property even though it's in a great location was a dump. You guys need to remodel the outside of the property. It's horrible
