The customer service was excellent. It started before I even got to the motel. I called because I knew I would be coming in the middle of the night. They helped me with price and let guided me about what would work best for us to arrive, timing wise. When we got there I was greeted nicely and checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. After a good night’s rest, I went to checkout and again customer service fantastic. If we ever need to rest before heading to California, I would stay here again.
Maggie was so kind and helpful during our stay. Lots of parking, semi, RV or if towing something, there’s plenty of room in the back.
The room was clean, AC cold and comfortable beds.
That’s all I need.
Our room was simple and actually quiet modern. Had a working fridge, microwave and TV. Miss Veronica was quick with our requests for extra towels and came back to mop our room when I told her my son got apple juice on the ground. Amazing service.
Kind of a creepy location on a partially deserted street with some homeless people living under the nearby interstate bridge. Also, a cat colony lives right next door, and there were about 20 cats roaming the parking lot when I drove in. But if you can get past the creepiness, it's not a bad budget motel. Small room with laminate flooring and a small shower, but that's what you get for this price. Exterior corridors. Quick and easy check-in. Comfy bed; I got a good night's sleep. I would stay here again.
We check in late at night and the ladies at the front desk we’re pretty helpful, the room was very clean, for the price I was surprised, I will really recommend this place, if you need to get some rest and hit the road, I will definitely stay here again
We were passing through Blythe and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. And it was very affordable. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating! The location is great; everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel. We’d stay there again!
This place saved my sanity...moving from Pacifica CA to Tucson AZ and the heat has made the travel difficult. Pulled in here at 9: 30 am on Tuesday and got a room...which Ingrid, Kendall, and Crystal made it happen!!! Kudos ladies for your excellent Customer Service...very grateful to you
This hotel is a real surprise. The room is basic, but includes a good sized tv, microwave, and small fridge. The air conditioner was a little “iffy” but worked. The room was clean and neat and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
