Let's start with the room, the threshold for the bathroom door was loose and a tripping hazard, the drop ceiling in the bathroom area were loose and some looked as if they were ready to fall. The shower surround was stained and dirty. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, pretty sure it had been smoked in! The beds were clean and that's about the only good thing about this room. The girl at the front desk was great (five stars for her). I still have yet to receive my refund for the 50 dollar deposit(this is why the service rating is so low). We would not stay here again as the room was less than, well it was just not good!

There IS a $50 deposit at check in but they do quickly refund it once you check out..If there's no new damage to the room. This would have been 5 stars except that on our way there we made reservations... was NOT told there's NO microwave in the rooms... and before we got to the motel we stopped and bought some frozen food to eat for dinner (long long driving day and we were very tired). I wasn't even told about it at check in. When we called the desk they said the only one was the one everybody uses was in one room on the other side of the building. We were diagonally opposite of it. So... no dinner. At least there IS Wifi (which the previous motel didn't have). Prices are very reasonable. MO does have high taxes though. Looks like some of the rooms are in the process of being remodeled... like ours was. Besides the issue about the non microwave, customer service was very friendly. Had an issue too with the remote (ended up just being needing new batteries) and the maintenance man took a while but he's only one guy for the whole place so please be patient, he will show up.

I am shocked that this place is still standing. The owners obviously take absolutely no pride in their properties. The rooms are disgusting. When I arrived I was advised that the previous time that I had stayed there there was a complaint against me because I had dog food on the floor . This is coming from the place that whenever I checked into my room there was a bug on my pillow and you'll see the pictures they will explain everything else. Wouldn't recommend this hotel set my worst enemy

I have nothing good to say about this place. Not only are the owner absolutely rude and will harass you if you’re 2 minutes behind on check out time. They will do ANYTHING to keep your deposit. The rooms smell terrible and are all beat up and dirty. Beds are broken, tables are not sturdy. Walls have holes. Hot water doesn’t work, bath tub is all beat up and have nasty stains, literally falling apart. I heard they fake inspections, but they need to be shut down. Esp with the fact they allow a bunch of people on drugs to sit out front all night long, with no room. Doing god knows what. It’s beyond sketchy. The price is great, the the quality is absolutely foul and pictures look WAAAAAY better then what it really looks like. No fridge, no microwave. Rv barley works. I could go on and on &&’ the staff, is beyond terrible and rude and will do anything to keep your money. You’re better off anywhere but here.

Positive: "" Negative: There was no hot water for the shower, the bathtub paint was busted, my son cut his foot trying to shower in cold water, the ac didn't get the room cooled down. No fridge or microwave & dirty towels that still had other people's hair in them.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The room was absolutely dirty. There were several attempted repairs that looked like a third grader tried to attempt the repairs. I went to hang a backpack off of one of the hooks on one of the shelves and it fell down and cracked me in the skull.

The owners are rude especially the Lady. They steal money from employees and company by charging employees to stay there and pocketing the money posting in system ADA Comp. Which means free? They fake inspections when they know there's an inspection coming up. I'm not a discrunted former employee. I was fired when I figured out they was taking my $ and not turning in to company. I have witnessed Them have kept deposits from many guest without cause. Many problems with hot water working properly in showers that never get fixed and other run down/unfixed broken bedside tables that are leaning so bad can't put liquid in cup on. (Will spill). Property should be condimed owners/property management should be fired and $ stolen from myself and existing 2 housekeepers staying there should be refunded! Don't stay here!

Positive: Price Negative: It's run dwn, rooms dirty, mngr guy starts calling & banging on door @ 15 mins til 11:00. Then he stands outside of room & watches you. He's EXTREMELY rude & argumentative.
