Only issue I saw was tape up on the shower head and some paint stain on the floor. Really though, for the price and emergency availability to just get some sleep while traveling, these are very minute things. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The rooms are clean, big enough for our needs and housekeeping is very attentive to guests needs. Front desk staff is personable and does everything they can to ensure a seamless check in and stay. Pet friendly! We have a large dog and this was the first place to welcome him with open arms. There's a small area for pets to potty, it's always clean and trash bags are provided for your pets waste. There's coin laundry available and a small area with an ice machine and snacks.

They've been beyond helpful and accommodating the whole time, room is nice, hot water, cold ac, everything. Plus being pet friendly is a big plus since me and my wife travel with our dog. Overall a pleased experience and I recommend this particular Motel 6 as a great place for you and your furry friends

My husband and I found this hotel on Travelocity for $80, which was fine b/c we just needed a place to sleep after getting there late and having to get up early for a sporting event. Almost every other hotel that we found anywhere nearby was at least $100. When we arrived it was a little worrisome because there was a security guard and gates to the parking lot, but the nice man at the desk told me that was because the hotel had been recently purchased by owners who were trying to get this hotel up to better standards after it had been used as somewhat of a "very low income housing area for people living there for extended times". So now they do not allow people just walking/driving around wherever if you are not a customer. Our room was on the second floor and was very clean! I always check for bedbugs, even in top of the line hotels, and was glad to see one of the fully surrounded mattress covers on our bed. I slept great, water was hot in the shower, and there was a flat screen TV, a large microwave, and a large dorm size refrigerator and freezer. Pool looked beautiful and clean, although we did not have time to swim. It was quiet last night and this morning, and my only complaint was that the bathroom door did not shut well, but just needs to be sanded down a bit on the edge. All in all, it was good for the money and I would stay again if I needed a quick stop. Thanks, Motel 6!

Last week I had a terrible experience it's a Bessemer motel 6 I had booked online when I arrived on a date scheduled to a fortress prison camp that felt like because of all the steel bars Gates and security when I've got my wheelchair unloaded by my brother it is almost empty motel we started in seeing signs saying no visitors allowed it was later told by another that he could not accompany me to the room to move in for my stay because there was no visitors allowed which didn't matter in the end because I was turned away because I did not have a driver's license although I had other government issued IDs on me the girl said that the boss as she put it do not accept anything other than driver's license I am a double amputee above the knees I do not drive so I do not have a driver's license any longer I haven't for years I asked her to let me speak to someone about her and she refused and threatened to call the police I told her maybe that would be a good thing call the police they can run my name and even show her a picture of me possibly they could ID me how about that but at any rate I said I already have paid for the room it was to be a handicap accessible room with roll-in shower she got louder and louder and very rude pointing to her monitor say I haven't took any money from you yet I left and went to a different establishment and without reservations was very expensive but they treated me very good at the Hamilton across the street 2 Days later I was checking my bank balance and found that motel 6 has charged me $207 change upon first inquiry was told that I could not get a refund because I did not cancel in time that I should have canceled by 6:00 p.m. the day before original arrival date I am going down that I did not cancel them they canceled me they have since agreed to reimburse me, it was a MasterCard debit card and they really put me in a bind because I am disabled and on a fixed income I really enjoyed my stay across the road where I was allowed visitors did I have to check in with the military to have the gate open and they even served a very nice breakfast every morning I have done a lot of business with motel 6 over the years but never again will I darken their gated doorstep

The desk front service is negative -5 star , she was just talking to the phone the whole time , she just just took my card and proceeded the payment and that's all , its like we weren't there. The guy in the morning was completely different . The place is gross, looks unsanitary.

I had the pleasure of staying at motel 6 during some home renovations and it's definitely not the old motel 6 it's security is amazing it has a gate and on the ground security no unexpected visitors can walk the grounds Mr.Pete is the best very family oriented here and they work with you with ANY issues you may have I couldn't have selected a better safer place to stay with my family. And the price wasn't bad either!!!

We slept great, bed and pillows were comfy. Hot shower was great! It was very quiet all night!
