I got a really really dirty room & got switch to a different room that smelled like pee. Got a refund thanks to costumer service because the management sucks. The manager i talked to was rude hung up on me & lied. I was charge for one night because i “used the restroom?”That I didn’t stay on because it was disgusting in there. On top of that they try to scam me for 495$ so be careful with your cards watch your bank statements!! Worst experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL & I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOT EVER!

Reserved two rooms for a short trip to the Bay area to help a relative move. Both rooms were proof of you get what you pay for. While we were checking in, we heard another guest telling the front desk of all the issues in the suite they were in (the room wasn't clean and things weren't working). First, I'll give credit for free parking and free wifi. The rooms are quite sparse. Paid extra upon arrival to make sure one room had a mini fridge. That room also came with urine spots on the toilet seat. The non-mini fridge room had baseboards covered in black dust and bits of trash on the floor to keep the dead bugs company. Called the front desk to ask for someone to clean the floor but it was after 8pm and no one was available. Called again the next day and was told that housekeeping cleans rooms every four days but they did send someone to clean the floor in response to my call. On the fourth day, "cleaning" consisted only of emptying the trash and replacing the towels; bed was left unmade, bathroom did not appear to have even been wiped down. The AC unit was falling apart but actually still worked to keep the room at a comfortable temperature so that was a nice surprise. We heard every door opening and slamming shut, as well as conversations outside the window so if you're looking for quiet, you won't really find it here. This motel cut every corner they could: no "Do Not Disturb" door hanger (we asked for one and was told they don't have them), no box of facial tissue, very small sink with no drain stopper, no bag for dirty laundry, shower curtain barely spanned the shower, no privacy for the windows that were facing the parking lot (if you open the curtain, there was no sheer panel or reflective film so anyone going to their car can easily and clearly see into the room), smallest bars of soap I've ever encountered in a hotel, no blow dryer, and no complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Not an issue for us on this trip but also no iron or ironing board. We were glad that we brought a charging cord for our cell phones that plugs into the wall as there were no USB port charging options that we've come to expect based on other experiences. We booked this motel solely based on price and location. Lesson learned. I understand that Motel 6 is a budget chain but my experience is that there are some things that should just be a given...like a clean room. We won't be staying here again. In the future, we will gladly pay more for a better place to stay, even if it's a little further away.

Room was decent for price my main complaint is no room on bottom floor or close to elevator..okay we can work with that I guess since it's late . My mother is disabled and I have a knee needs knee replacement so I called to ask for ice machine location..couldn't find 2x per her instructions..when I came back to call her my 3rd time she states 1st floor not 2nd. ..so a journey again to find ice machine only to finally find it with 2 notes that said out of order! Called down again and she Saud I could go to another building!!! Never again and I'm filing a complaint with company plus calling health dept. Ice should be available for the elderly if a fridge is not for medication. ☆No shampoo either side note!

Luckily it was cheap to stay here, if not for a cheap rate, don't bother. No fridge, barely any water coming out of the shower head... And it was not hot. Don't be deceived by the vibrant colours, this place is run down. The best part was the great restaurant attached it. If you are just wanting a place to quickly get some shut eye...ok, don't expect much.

The service is awful and you have to argue with the cleaning staff to get your room cleaned. I have to beg for towels daily because I shower everyday and don’t get me started on the toilet paper. They only give you 1 roll a day like there’s a shortage that’s my fault. The price is competitive but that doesn’t mean the quality of service should be lost. I spend a lot of money in this area the least y’all can do is show some respect and if you ain’t got that you will lose more business. Joel is the manager and he likes to charge for cleaning service that should be available for paid customers. We will see how the rest of the stay goes. But honestly, the quality is lacking here.

One of the most economical options when it comes to lodging in the Bay area, but still meets the minimum standards for a decent room: clean and spacious. Nothing much to complain about, except the beds are a little bit too hard for my liking.

Decent service. Clean , modern rooms, newly painted. Good price. Planes fly here often. Insulation between rooms is no good.

It's a dump, widow broken, ac smells like armpits, coffee is awful, person behind the desk could care less. Plus there's no late check out which is the worst thing ever, I'm not asking for the world just check out at 1pm is an extra 3 hours. You'll pay through the nose to sleep in a damp, hot, smelly room. They also leave all the fire doors open so if there is a fire you're going to burn alive so not only smelly, expensive, but also dangerous. I figured motel 6 would do a better job but i guess not.
