Positive: I got to have my dog stay with us. Negative: The room was 90+ degrees and took at least an hour to get it down to a comfortable temperature. There should be aor left on when the outside temperature is above 100 degrees. The top blanket had burn holes and fitted sheet was inside out & looked reused.
First and foremost the absolute best part of our stay is Ami. Ami is always so polite, kind, and understanding. Never have I ever felt so at home, comfortable at a hotel and most importantly I didn't like I was being looked down upon or judged, especially for unexpected extended stay. Ami literally made our stay amazing always understanding and patience especially with my 81 year old father. Thank you again Ami J. Your amazing I hope u know that.
Just like every other motel 6. It's not great, but it's also not bad. I arrived just over an hour early and stopped by to see if a room was ready. When I asked, they had several rooms available and ready. However, they would not let me check in because I was early. They said if I wanted a room now, I'd have to pay extra. I understand there's a check-in time, but if you have several rooms open with no one checking in, why not just let me check in an hour early. I've never been to a hotel/motel that had my room ready and denied me checking in. Anyway, after being denied a room I paid for that was already ready for check-in, they recommend I go do some shopping or hang out at a cafe until check-in time, which I did. Finally, I got to check in. First off, the room had a TERRIBLE ODOR. It was musty and smoky for a non-smoking room. The floors were dirty, and the sheets had some stains. At least it was renovated with a kitchenette, fridge, sink, and memory foam bed! Which was comfortable. Downside, no utensils, plates, cups, anything with the kitchenette. The back half of the motel is for long-term residents, so I'd avoid that. You can smell Marijuana coming from the rooms and cars parked there. Would not recommend this motel unless you absolutely needed to stay here.
Love this place, great for pets and it has been a breath of fresh air to not be discriminated against for my current housing status. Ami, Devi and Bernice at the front desk are very helpful and kind people.. no crazy fees or anything surprising either.. 5 stars!
Amy provides excellent customer service skills anytime I have an encounter with her and I'm being checked in, need a question answered, or help with anything. I don't care what time it is she is always helpful to my family and i. Very polite and most of the time she is on graveyard doing extra time waiting on the next shift in the morning. I will always return back to motel 6 because of her. Thank you Amy for being an amazing person. Her positive energy is most definitely contagious. Excellent customer service skills. Being a local nowadays trying to check in a room is outrageous. Not with Amy. Treats us all equal. I will always return back to this Motel 6 because of her.
Turned up to check in only to be told that the system was down and I could not check in, was told to return later but no time frame given. Once we did eventually check in and got to our room we were disappointed. The sheets and bedcovers were stained and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the bath looked as though it had seen better days. Couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. Do not believe the photos on their website
Positive: "" Negative: The chair was not safe and pool was closed.I rented the room to swim in the pool get some relief from the 110 degree temperature. I paid $--- dollars for the room and sure did not get what I paid for. They lost this customer.
We stayed only one night on our way to the Grand Canyon and it was great. The staff was really nice and the location was perfect. Right on Route 66. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that we didn't like was that the heater was really loud.
A great side trip from the main road to see some cool rock formations. The off-road trail was easy to drive, and the colors and scenery were amazing. It's a nice, quiet place to explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I usually find roads to be just that, but Route 66 is different. It feels melancholy, wistful. It makes me think of all the hopes, dreams, and individuals that traveled it going somewhere in search of better futures. Worth a visit, a pull over, and a
I am addicted to Mexican food and La Mesa is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The food is incredibly delicious. Street tacos had a lot of additions and well-seasoned meat. Sopapilla is also heavenly. If you're nearby, be sure to t
Absolutely a home town, mom and pop vibe. Loved that everyone who came in and out knew each other. And whatâs better is the food. Ordered the carnitas empanadas and sopes Al pastor. Just delicious. Meat was wonderfully tender, didnât need salsa
