You can't call a 2 star motel a 5 star hotel BUT this place is clean, conveniently located to I-20, and inexpensive. And for that reason, it earned 5 stars. The staff was friendly as well. Only a 15 minute drive to Dos Equis Pavilion, the reason for our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Modi at Motel 6 in Balch Springs, Dallas, TX. Amidst a last-minute need for bedding for my daughter, Modi went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated promptly and, What truly stood out was Modi's proactive approach and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the late hour and the unexpected request, she remained composed and focused, ensuring that we left the motel satisfied and relieved. Modi's professionalism and warmth made a stressful situation much more manageable. Her dedication to her role as a staff member reflects positively on Motel 6 and sets a high standard for customer service in the hospitality industry. I highly commend Modi for her exceptional service and express my gratitude for her invaluable assistance during our stay at Motel 6 in Balch Springs. Her kindness and efficiency made our experience truly memorable, and I would not hesitate to recommend Motel 6 to others based on her exemplary service.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Pet friendly hotel. Clean and well lite outside and clean inside. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and had all the items needed for our short stay. Thank you

My experience was pleasant. I have attached some photos. Some parts of the renovation were not well done. You could tell the people who did the renovations cut corners on some areas. The king size bed was comfy and pillows were supportive. The was only one comforter. It took quite a while to get warm. The charging ports do a great job charging devices. They charged my iPad and phone to fill in a couple of hours. I was in room 304. My ac unit had a bad smell. It was as if something was decomposing inside the fan. I used some cologne to combat the smell. Worked partially. The TV had some display issues. It had lines up and down the screen in multiple spots. The channel selection was very limited for those who want to watch some telly. Ample towels are provided for showers. The shower head could use some cleaning especially in the spouts. Soap holder too. My stay was nice and peaceful. I got some much needed place and quite and sleep. Thank you to the staff for a kind and heart warming welcome.

Absolutely amazing staff. We have stayed here twice when our home was being serviced. We have 3 babies one of which is special needs. Let me tell you the overnight employees are the BEST! I was an over stimulated Mama with an over stimulated 18 month old and they were so understanding and helpful. We ended up just coming here to shower, heat up food, and charge devices because our kiddo just wasn't having it. Extremely clean lobby and hallways. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Bright parking lot and well kept landscaping. This is our go to place to stay if we have an unexpected power issue at our house. Thank y'all so much for everything!

Best motel 6 I have ever been to. More like a motel and front desk staff was very accommodating . Huge rooms and very clean

My stay there was really nice! I got there a day early and they were able to accommodate the early arrival. The suite was clean when we got there. House keeping was punctual and friendly. Love that I got to bring my dog. Fellow guests were real nice too! I'm not familiar with the area but I thought it was good, I felt secure. Thought I did wish eating establishments were closer to compensate for the lack of meals! Will probably stay there again if I go back to Texas!
