Positive: Staff was very friendly and great to talk with Negative: Within the first 20 seconds there was a crackhead in lingerie in front of my car with her piled up shopping cart walking on the hotel property in front of the room. Was only in the room for about 10 seconds before the smell and the roaches made me leave
I spent 19 days at the motel 6 on Oak here in Bakersfield and was very safe Clean and comfortable although I am handicapped I still did well with the room car was safe and house keeping great
Thimotrl was a nightmare, Roaches were visible everywhere had to keep AC on lowest temp possible. So there wouldnt be do many coming out. Moved around different rooms thrn bed bugs bit the hell out of my teo sons n myself. Couldnt get refund or deposit. Having to deal with corporate, cslled BBB, health dept. now is news.
Thanks motel 6 for my awesome experience. I stood with a friend and our entire stay was very pleasant. Rooms were clean staff was nice and housekeepers were at my service. And there were walking distance restaurants that were a plus. In future will be back ty 😊
I like this motel 6 the service is always great the Customer service is always excellent free Wi-Fi.
And 64 digital channels phone parking Camera covering hallways rooms and the parking lot. They have a pool but call and see when it is open. There is a $50 deposit that you will get back. Once you check out of the room. The room we're very clean. You are close to highway 99 and highway 58 there is a park a block away and Convenience stores 3 blocks if you head 1/2 mile you have a lot of places to enjoy a meal. Fast food and a restaurant setting your choice plenty of gas stations in the area. A small amusement park is also about 1/2 mile up. North on oak at the next major intersection. California.
Positive: It was disappointing and disgusting place to sleep. Negative: Tons of cockroaches all over the room. It was disgusting and shouldn¿t be renting out that room. Neighbors dogs were barking mid night and somebody was yelling very loudly in mid night. Never ever going back to that place. Negative: ""
This Motel 6 has to be possibly the worst place to have to stay. It’s located on Oak street here in Bakersfield California. The price per night is cheap 54.00 dollars, however keep in mind the well known saying “ You get what you pay for “ Their rooms are very small and really run down looking. Their is a really bad roach problem, and the caliber of people that choose to stay here in this run down motel happen to be low life people. They hang out in the parking lot practically the entire night without any security harassing them, it’s almost as if they welcome the low life’s of Bakersfield . Trust me if you are in desperate need of a place to lay your head. Try your best to find another place
It was the worst among the hotels I stayed at, no one with a mind chooses this hotel because I'm doing you a favor and I'm explaining my experience here to you, I don't even prefer you to stay there for 1 day because it's a very bad place, there's no security, I don't even know how I stayed for 1 day, it's such a bad place that it's too bad to Decipher, I want you to know that, and I definitely don't recommend it to you
Stopped for dinner in Bakersfield on our way to San Jose. We enjoyed some pupusas - shrimp for hubby & loroco (squash flower) for me. The chicken tamal was very fluffy and had more of a spongy texture. The plantain empanadas were very rich and creamy
