My friend and I stayed here off and on for at least six months. The staff was very friendly and accommodate your every need. Exceptional maid service. The owner is a wonderful person . 10 thumbs up

The staff and management here are the absolute most helpful, friendly, and courteous folks. My family has been homeless for over a year now and these people and this place make us feel as at home as we can right now. Some of the rooms have new beds which are super comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and the views of the foothills from the upper floors especially can't be beat. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for safe, clean, friendly accomodations in the area.

This here is the Cleanest, Safest, and welcoming Motel 6's in the area. The staff is available 24/7 for any nessaceties needed during your stay. The fact that the front door locks after 11:30 PM. To which you must be a registered guest to enter the premises. Makes me feel safe and secure inside my room. Every single staff member is incredible and management is courteous and respectful. When needed this pretty much the only place I stay in Azusa..

The staff was friendly and professional. I would have preferred a room on the other side with a scenic view. Also, the elevator was not operational at checkout time so we had to use the stairs down from room 316. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and appreciated. 🙂

Super friendly manager who went out of his way to accommodate my needs at dinner time. There are several rooms we prefer and was fortunate to have gotten one of them. Thank you!! I rated 3 stars because no mini microwave or refrigerator. Room was very clean (smelled like Clorox). Clean basic bathroom, but loose toilet seat so it fell off! Basic accommodations. (Small basic towels, 1 per person)! No mini microwave available not even a communal one. Certainly no mini refrigerator either. We noticed new mattresses being installed in other rooms. Mattresses look so much better quality than current model. Also possibly renovations which would improve facilities even more. That will be a major improvement as our mattress wasn’t very comfortable. (Springy). Location is excellent right by freeway and other towns close by! I was giving one rate online and got there and was told no visitors. Then charged for 2 people not 1. When questioned about they said it was too late because I paid. Get to what was a nice room end up being a nightmare. I washed my hands only to see the sink was clogged. I called front desk who said he would come, but after waiting several hours i decided go down and get a plunger. The he came inside the room and looked to the sink and assumed that I did, and as I find that I just got there and that appears to be some oil or some kind of lubricant down the sink, I tempted to find it to have the water come back up and ruin, my personal items and towels. Response that he did not know what to do that’s it so I told him I’ll take care of it. There weren’t any stores around to get the Drano, so I took it cut that I was using for for the food that I had just poured out my drink and empty the sink out. I asked for bleach and he stated he didn’t know where that was, and then took some alcohol wipes and disinfectant spray to clean out the bathroom downstairsand he told me that he would try and come the following day. If not, give me a discount I woke up the following morning there’s no discount no comp in the system.

I really enjoyed the stay over here coffee was the best part and on Time especially Dheeraj the front desk guy he is really kind and at his best I really like the way he talked to me he is polite and good I rate a 6 star to him
