Now listen - I am a reasonable person - I know that Motel 6 is seen as a budget place to stay - but this was literally terrible. I want to start with something good - mostly because it won't take long....the front office staff was very sweet and friendly when we arrived - they were considerate and made the arrival process very easy. When it comes to location, this was phenomenal - the very reason we took the chance and booked this hotel knowing that it was a budget place (these two points are the only reason it gets two stars instead of zero if I could)- but we WERE NOT PREPARED for how budget it was. When we walked in I was mortified - first that I was responsible for booking it - and second at both the smell and overall appearance of the room. Being careful not to exaggerate, the room was a plain as plain could be (that's fine) - I immediately pulled the sheets back to check for anything crawling - there was not - however, the sheets were stained in multiple places. The carpet was stained everywhere you looked. The couple pieces of furniture that were in the room looked to be cleaned every few times based on the dust tracks and rings from drinks that we were able to wipe away, as well as multiple stickers stuck to the sides. The lampshade was supposed to be white but yellowed (likely from when you could smoke in the room) and absolutely layered in dust. The toilet had a big yellow stain on the bottom area where it attaches to the floor (we decided not to investigate this for obvious reasons). The towels (the ones we opened anyway) had hairs in them - we actually decided to not shower due to the fact we were so disgusted. It was just bad in all aspects inside the room. Before you judge me - YES we tried to find another place - and NO we couldn't - but based on other reviews I'm not sure we would have been able to get our money back anyhow. We chose this place strictly for it's location, and like I said - that was amazing - about 5 minutes to walk over to the stadium - but I urge you to take my advice and choose a different place to stay. I would 100 percent without a doubt never stay here again - and if my favorite artist or team was performing/playing and this was my only option - I would just not go. It was so bad we left early in the morning and sat at the airport for hours before our flight just to get out. I'm sorry Motel 6 - your typical $50 per night room is justified, I paid $304 for the same $50 room and it was certainly more disappointing than I could have ever imagined. My bad for thinking the proximity to the stadium was more important than the room.

I needed a reasonable hotel before going to the airport and you can tell they put care into cleaning. I appreciated the upkeep and atmosphere. I needed that relaxation! I have a broken back and the beds and pillows were comfy

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!!! Would rate no stars. Did not feel safe. Had to wait for 2 other folks to be checked in. Girl behind the counter couldn’t assist. Guy showed up and probably 20 min later I had to give my card for a hold and a 40 fee. Went to go to the room. Folks walking around the parking lot smoking weed out in the open. Went into the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Walked back out to the car on the phone with another hotel. And more folks outside smoking weed. Went to the front desk and they wanted to know what specifically is wrong with the room. I told him and the lady. He said he would need to go and check the room. Then said he couldn’t give the 40 hold back without the parking pass. Then he said he’d need to call his manager to see about a refund. Been up since 4am. I gave them the hotel keys and left. How this place isn’t shut down I don’t know. They had doors open, rooms open that should have been closed, they had folks cooking some illegal substances here as well. This place is a health hazard. I wouldn’t have someone stay here that I didn’t like. DO NOT STAY HERE!! IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

Our room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. The room smelled horrible. I should have researched more into the area, but assumed since it was right next to AT&T, it would be decent. We ended up not even bringing our stuff inside and driving home after the concert.

Front desk manager+workers are incompetent and liars. They say no other rooms are available and that they are VERY busy (standing around in front), but then you can go online and see, there is availability and you can book a room. Manager especially is a total b. :) Stayed with a friend and she made an assumption about us being a couple for no reason? ("I already told you and your...whatever she is... that changing rooms is not available"). Two girls can't be friends?? Homophobic and racist behaviors, lying to paying customers, and incapable of resolving issues without insulting you or talking to you like you're an imbecile. This isnt even to say anything about the quality of the room. The shower didn't work at all, the bathtub clogged when we tried to use it, and the water pressure in the sink was non existent. The air conditioner rattled all night long and luckily we knew how to resolve it, but front desk was NO help. It was filthy (seriously how do you get dirty feet from a CARPET?), and the rooms dont all have fridges? The environment around it was also trashy, tweakers wandering around in the evening, shady individuals driving around through parking lot (we did not feel safe and waited until they left despite driving all night). Would NEVER stay here again, I'm looking for another hotel at this point, save your money. This place should just be demolished and rebuilt and hopefully they replace the entire staff.

I reserved a room last night. And the property said they were pet friendly. I was not supposed to pay until I checked in.When I got to the location the person at the front desk charged my card and then told me I couldn't have my pet there. That was the only money I had for my family to get a room last night due to the power outage. Don't believe what their website says. If I were you I would pick anywhere else to stay. Also I told the guy behind the counter. That was the only money that we had and all he had to say was sorry. You'll get your money back in 3-5 days When he should have never charged my card in the first place

Horrible experience from beginning to end. I booked this hotel because of the proximity to a concert, however, staying anywhere else would’ve been better. Right from check-in, I knew that this wasn’t gonna be a great experience because they decided to charge $40 for parking which wasn’t on the original reservation. My first room wasn’t too bad, but it had a broken lock, and my friend and I didn’t feel safe so we decided to change rooms. I was given an attitude when I asked to change rooms. The second room was an absolute horror story. Not only did it also have a broken lock, there were stains on the carpet and stains all over the sheets. There were also stickers on all the furniture and a toy behind the dresser, like a little girl was living there?? And finally there was BLOOD on the bathroom wall. My friend and I decided NOT to stay there and when we went to the front to complain and check out, they said that they would not be able to give us a refund. This place should definitely be inspected for health code violations.

I do not recommend this trashy place.. If you're traveling and can't find anything else, only do one night and leave in a hurry. People walk into the hotel all the time without staying here. Someone was smoking weed in their room and the smell was all in the hallway, my kids shouldn't have smelled this at all. And the random people will approach you. There aren't any amenities at all. Holes throughout the rooms, no refrigerator, microwave, no ice, dirty carpets, and the area itself is filthy. The staff are prejudice and rude. I booked for a two week stay until I get my own space and was called and told to leave because the housekeeping said I had COVID. Like really, the day before you knocked at the door, I was blowing my nose when I opened the door, non related to COVID. I asked how the housekeeper assumed I had COVID because she saw me blowing my nose. Just ignorant. Funny these people don't realize secret shoppers and critic's agenda to do reports. A lobby is for people to sit the see if they need help getting payments together, rides or to see their next move. I've watched them tell people to get out of the lobby, and people didn't have rides. Plus the tub was green and chipped. Anyway while I went to Enterprise to rent a car after being asked to leave, they went up to the room and tried to harass my children, old enough to be left alone for the 30 minutes I was gone... That's harassment in itself, you as grown people never approach children at all, they didn't even want people to have food, but if there isn't a refrigerator how are people to feed themselves. This place should be be shut down. It's nasty around this area and they seem to want to be upedy but are low a 0 star hotel. BBB has been contacted also and the health inspector's office. Code violations are all around this place. Elevator barely works, hazards are in the exit to the lobby, just sickening...Flies flying around the entrance, and elevator needs cleaning soooo bad, I don't know what was dripping off the elevator walls! Then had the audacity to rush me out, but I paid up for two weeks. How they knew rather I had a place to go? Hospitality isn't this place attribute, I say it should be shut down... TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels will see this review also. You'll should be ashamed...
