Every time I stay here it is a great stay, I would highly recommend to anyone. The property is in a safe location and is well lit all through out the parking lot. The rooms are very clean, and the service is just beyond amazing. I will definitely be staying here again and again, as I am passing through either for work or with my family. This place is incredible! Thank you for a great stay always!
I'm not at all picky about where I stay, but I'm writing my first Google review as a public service announcement to other travelers - this Motel 6 is an absolute disaster, by far the worst motel/hotel/hostel I've ever stayed at. Most egregiously, the room smelled overwhelmingly of sickly sweet soap/air freshener when we first arrived. That smell soon dissipated, and we realized that it was there because the A/C smelled very bad every time the fan blew: it had a musty, almost urine-like odor that I believe comes from mold or an unclean A/C unit. It's clear from the liberal air freshener application before we arrived that the staff knows the A/C smells bad. The shower curtain rod was broken and falling down, the tub had rust spots, the sheets were wrinkled, and the comforter had many holes (that looked like cigarette burns) in it. Small bars of soap are provided, but no shampoo or conditioner. The bed doesn't have a boxspring and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. People staying next to us started talking loudly outside and playing music in the parking lot at 3 AM; the walls are thin and we heard everything. When we checked in on a weekend afternoon, the lobby was closed and only a high-security window was open to interact with guests. There's nothing redeeming about this place - AVOID IT!
Well lit hotel with friendly front desk lady. Thats the only positives. Booked one night and arrived around 10 pm. Room had lots of dead insects as well as live flies and gnats on curtains and around the lights. Door was beat up and room smelled funny. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk staff obliged. However, they immediately booked our room to another person so as we were getting our stuff together to leave someone tried coming into our room. They had assigned the room key to someone else before we had even returned ours. We were really uncomfortable and decided to leave entirely. They did not issue us a refund. Would not recommend this place.
We had a really bad experience at this Motel 6. I was part of management there when it was being converted from a Red Roof Inn to a Motel 6, and it's clear that nothing has been done to improve the place since then. I chose this motel because of the pool, but it has been out of service for a long time. The fridge was noisy and didn't stay cold unless set on Max, and we even found roaches. Despite booking a handicapped room, the shower was not handicap accessible at all. Then the power went out, and after that, the cable channels stopped working, which also affected our ability to use our PS5. On a good note, the Staff is great and helped with getting me a refund for at least one night back
The rooms are very clean and the grounds are well lit with 24hr security cameras all around. The staff are very kind, patient and try to be quick while working! Enjoy my stay every time!
Thank you Amanda!!!! Stayed here on a road trip from DC to LA and stopped here to use a guest certificate voucher that was sent due to a negative experience in the past and Amanda was so patient! I truly appreciate her willingness to see if the voucher was valid! Our stay was great!!
Worst motel I have ever stayed at!! There is no "do not disturb" sign so the housekeepers will start knocking on your door starting at 9am and every 20min after. Very close to the highway so you can hear the trucks all night long. Beds are super uncomfortable, ghetto people outside the rooms yelling all night long. Wifi is non-existent. No breakfast and pool is completely drained. Only stay here if you want to suffer. Worst night stay ever.
Great price and Right off highway which is convenient since stopping on a long road trip. The only complaint was the door didn't lock very tightly. No dead bolt only an arm you position to block someone from opening fully , which since the door didn't close real securely it made us nervous. We slept well though and were happy to be able to have our 100 lb dog who made us feel much safer.
