0/5 STARS !!!!|STAY AWAY FROM MOTEL 6 ON SOUTH AIRPORT|Never have my husband and I stayed in such an absurd Motel 6 before, till this passed mid week.|Some backstory, it's our 1 yr marriage anniversary and we went to ABQ for biopark and limp bizkit, so we arrived around 5am to motel 6, a motel that offers 24 hr hostility. The young man who worked that morning/night was incompetent as can be (on top of pretty much the entire staff being druggies, I saw those marks...) anyways, the bs starts immediately when he LIES to my VETERAN husband that motel 6 doesn't offer a vet discount. When. Ahem. ITS COMPANY POLICY, We always stay at motel 6s, all at different times and days and cities and states...He gives us a room, 233. First 2 cards not working. (Kinda like this man's brain), the worker opens the door with the master key. The room has broken ac and we get moved to a room, 246, it's broken (see pictures below) every picture is how the hotel was in, the dirty towel is residue I mopped off the floors. There were strikes on a broken mirror, the fire alarm off the ceiling. And the fan in the restroom off ceiling, bed sheets filthy. Oh and to top it all off, bro hustled my vet husband. My husband told him to we needed a 1 bed room. Bro says okay but charges and gives us a 2 bed room and didn't say sh till he opened the door. This place gave back 20 out of 80 and that's not acceptable. We will never be returning. You are better off sleeping next to the homeless under the freeway then staying at this "motel". Every employee we spoke too was currently on something and had massive brain fog. It's disgusting how yall can get away lying and treating vets like this. Here's the pictures. .

No shampoo, barely any toilet paper or towels or TV channels (couldn't even connect a firestick to their wifi). Card lock kept malfunctioning. No fridge. No coffee. No pool available though it was advertised. No breakfast. Lots of loud neighbors with music and banging. Holes in blankets and curtains

I walked and wow it was like heaven on earth everything was clean and shiny I checked in and the staff was friendly. When I walked in to the room there bullet holes in door dented doorknob and door. I slept wonderful besides the FBI waking me up down the hall and guns being g fired but at least the fbi keeps this place safe overall 10 out of 10!

Wish they would let you look in room before confirming a reservation. No TV, lamp shade missing, bulbs burt out, hair in tub. Curtain looks like it just came out of the bottom of laundry basket. Besides the tub, it was ok cleaned. Ice machine doesn't work, need ice in the desert. The Staff in the day were very helpful, front desk lady got me into a room with a TV before I had to go to work. Not a 5 star, but better experience the second day.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because there were a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi connection. However, overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was a complete dump, nowhere close to what your website portrays. It was filthy beyond acceptable standards, and the stench of cigarette smoke permeated the entire room. The bathroom was disgusting, more like a jail cell than a hotel restroom. The bedsheets were obviously dirty, with crumbs and stains. The fridge and microwave were filthy as well. To top it all off, the toilet was unclean and there was only one measly towel. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Seems crazy to give a motel that advertises a working pool, and doesn't have it ==5 stars (1example).... BUT If you have a dog and need a room; this place has done their pricing homework! I checked Airbnb prices-as well as- other pet friendly motel prices-AND- they were always priced just under any other place (including room shares). I know thar some people are turned off by vehicles being worked on in parking lots; but, this guy needs a place that allows such activity. So, high maintenance people should avoid this place.... but this guy knows this 6 goes above and beyond for what they have> in the area of which they are located.

**Avoid this Motel at All Costs!** Gist; We booked ed 3 rooms of which 2 no AC This motel was an absolute nightmare. The overwhelming stench of marijuana permeated the entire building, making it nearly unbearable to stay in. The room itself was filthy – it was clear no proper cleaning had been done. There was no sign of fresh towels or linens, and I only received them after specifically requesting them from the apathetic staff. To top it all off, the air conditioning unit didn't work, leaving me to swelter in the heat. The overall impression was one of complete neglect and disregard for basic hygiene standards. The only positive aspect was the location, which might be convenient if you're specifically in town for a hot air balloon ride. However, considering the state of the place, I would strongly advise finding alternative accommodation, no matter the inconvenience. **Management seriously needs to address these issues.** They should hire competent cleaning staff and ensure basic amenities are provided without guests having to beg for them. Furthermore, they should fix the broken air conditioning units to create a livable environment. **Stay away from this motel unless you enjoy sweltering in a filthy room reeking of marijuana!**
