If you want to get some good quiet sleep then DO NOT STAY HERE. Zero microwaves or refrigerators. Drug addicts hanging out outside which made my husband and I feel unsafe. The person next to us decided to blast rap music through the walls at 6 a m. I highly recommend you do not stay here!

Rooms were very old; place is clearly pretty run down. Room wasn't necessarily dirty but like I said they were old. No fridge or microwave. Sink and shower weren't very clean. And to top it off, I found ants on my pillow. You get what you pay for, but I've payed the same for better places.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Unclean. No toiletries. TV didnt work. Pool was closed. Dirty room. Cops had to be called on a neighbors domestic violence incident where someone threw a chair thru a window. Drug addicts hanging around loitering. Other than that it was great.

Brad the clerk who checked me in was fantastic! He had an excellent knowledge of this area, and of Albuquerque in general. The property was immaculate, no trash on, near, or around the place. The guest was very clean, the ice machines and vending area were also well maintained. My room was spotless and the bedding was in great condition. The housekeeping staff did wonderful job and I will return to stay here again. Excellent stay!

Hi I recently got a room here and my experience was very pleasant I'm from out of town and had to get a Motel 6 room because I had a big job coming up and needed a room to stay unfortunately I didn't know that it was going to be done in Rio Rancho so I wanted to get a room there instead Brad the main desk clerk was very nice and understanding letting me know the rules and regulations if a client is there for more than 15 minutes to 20 minutes they can no longer do a refund due to well sanitary reasons if you get the drift. however I was there for about 40 minutes talking to my boss Brad was still very understanding and did his best to issue me a refund so I could get a room closer to my job site thank you Brad!! You saved the day! Thank you for making an exception for my unfortunate situation.

This place should have a no star rating we reserved online 2 nights. So the 6 S's 1st one Sucks. I will not post the rest So go into office on 2nd night of stay clerk is clearly drunk eating a burger that was all over her Face. Like wow asked for clean towels and. She didn't know where it they were. So morning of check out no one in office to get towels finally after 10;30 ask in office for towels and was told it was to close to check out we. Couldn't have any So just putting out there rooms dirty, bad location has a lot of shady people in and out. Worst stay ever.

The front desk lady was nice & staff service was great but The motel room was so horrible. When it was windy outside, the window glass in our room shaked and made a terrible noise in room 118 we stayed. On top of that, there are drug addicts, homeless and all other types of people stay in this motel. The environment was not safe. We had so many noises coming from outside next to our room that we couldn’t sleep well. This motel is a broken down motel. We would not recommend anyone to stay here. There was musty odor smell in our room. We had to use our own Air freshener to avoid the bad smell. Definitely avoid this motel.

The room I had initially gotten was not good: there were dogs barking in the room next to me, and the dogs kept on barking, and didn't stop barking. Did I mention barking dogs? I went to the front office and Brad gave me a better room - awesome! But ... I would not recommend this hotel - the neighborhood is questionable, as are some of the guests who stay there: the morning I was packing my car to leave, a woman was leaning out of the door of her room to which I said "Good morning", and she zombiely made her way to look at me and utter "good morning". The pool was also empty and had trash in it. Other than that, there are no amenities in the room I had: no microwave; no fridge; no coffee maker, and well, just nothing, but kudos to Brad for giving me a room in which I had a good nights rest.
