Mossy Bluff National Nature Trail - Hiking area in Heber Springs - 700 Heber Springs Rd N, USA

An excellent trail to walk with some outstanding views. I would rank this trail as easy. My wife and I hiked it and both enjoyed it. Much of the trail walks along the side a rock mountain with rock formations to view. Once you get to the vista you can oversee the river and dam. Was able to get some excellent photos of different plants along the way.

This was a difficult hike. Even with my walking stick the path was tricky: rocks to get over, or walk on, tree limbs to step over, sometimes climbing, and at the end, what felt like a never-ending stair climb up to the lookout station to see the dam and the river. There was no way I could return on that path. Luckily, there was a paved road I followed back to the visitors center where my car was parked.

Cool easy trail with nice sceneries, small creeks and an awesome view of the big lake's dam. Just gotta watch out for the poison ivy along the sides of the trail.

Nice and peaceful. Trails are a little hidden with leaves.

Very cool all terrain trail with gravel, dirt, manmade stairs, asphalt etc... and it had cool Rock formations and overlooks
