Morton's The Steakhouse - Restaurant in West Palm Beach - 777 S Flagler Dr, USA

From the opening of the front door to the exit of Morton's, the experience was first rate 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Morton's in Palm Beach is like a step back in time. The decor and atmosphere are a classic modified late 60 -70's. Being slowly updating over the years without loosing the classic Rat Pack vibe. The restaurant was 3/4 full and you could have a conversation wich was refreshing. The menu selection has something for everyone. Whether your their for apps and cocktails or 4 to 5 course meal you will not be disappointed. Everything we ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Steaks, Lobster and Crab were fantastic. The 5 desserts they had that night were fantastic. Each and every person working there that night could not have been more friendly or professional. They even validated my parking. 09-2023

Came to Morton for Mother’s Day with my mom and the place was pretty empty. Only a few patrons. The server took a while to give us a menu and once we did order the food took some time as well. Normally I wouldn’t bring this up but the place only had two other tables at the moment so the wait seemed a bit too much for a slow day. The server was ok but when asking for a refill or silverware it took forever for her to get back to us. It was hard enough to wave her down as well. Again with a very empty restaurant. A group of other patrons entered and our waitress greeted them warmly and they were all out of dress code that Morton themselves have posted on their website and front door. My mom and I were dressed appropriately and didn’t get much of a hello. Usually a nice establishment like this would do something nice for their patron especially on a day like Mother’s Day like a free dessert or something of that sort but that didn’t happen as well. Ruth Chris on the other hand gave my parents and I a free dessert on Christmas Day which was really nice and the waiter even took our picture and got very friendly with us. I experienced none of that here in Morton. I will not come to Morton again as I paid a premium price but got a really sub par service. Food was good but service is integral at this price point and type of establishment. I prefer Ruth Chris based on the experience alone which is night and day.

Morton's opened for my business group to have a holiday luncheon. There were about 35 in attendance, and the staff did a great job. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided impeccable service. The food was good but not quite the same as going in the evening for dinner. That's not a complaint, just an observation. Bartender did a great job for an hour until we were seated in a private room. Always a great experience at Morton's.

Hadn't been here since 1998 and I have to say, food was exceptional and on point. The manager and staff were phenomenal and gave first class service. My husband and I will DEFINITELY be going back here and this place will always will be on our list. Glad nothing has changed after all those years!

Steak was amazing! Solid Gin, Tonic and lime as well. Nice art within the restaurant as well. Nice place! Staff were super pleasant as well.

Joseph was our server & he was exceptional! This was my first time & he guided me to the most delicious meal of the Cajun ribeye with Oscar crab & asparagus. Couldn’t go against his guidance after that & he nailed it again with the hot chocolate cake to finish off the night. Not one negative thing to critique on this trip. Sagamore rye was the best whiskey in the flight

Service was absolutely outstanding! Extremely satisfied with the first time trying Morton’s. The cocktails were delicious, great service, with amazing food. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the entire menu, with wonderful recommendations that we were very impressed by. Can’t wait to return!

I had the pleasure of eating here last night, I ended up with the Wagyu Filet(cooked perfectly) and Lobster Mac n Cheese. We also tried the bacon steak appetizer, if you are on the fence about it..... Just get it, it was amazing. Lacey was our server, she was excellent and professional I highly recommend her if possible. This was my second time dining here, my first time was in Scottsdale. Service at this location was elite , that's why I took time out of my busy day to recognize them.(Scottsdale was still good service) I did not get a picture of my food prior to eating it unfortunately, it looked too good to wait.
