Morrisons Rogue Wilderness Lodge - Featured Reviews (104)
Morrisons Lodge was very nice. Our room was clean and had the usual amenities. We have the L1 lodge room which had a great view of the Rogue River. We didn’t buy the dinner or breakfast as we felt they were fairly pricey, but some of our friends did so and said the food was delicious. Good place to stay if starting a rafting trip on the Rogue River.
We stayed @ Tuck Away cabin #4, a spacious, private cabin next to the creek. The cabin was like being in a glass house with beautiful views of the forest and creek. There is a private patio that is quiet with only the sound of the creek flowing by. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We loved staying there and will definitely be back.
Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. The property was beautiful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The hidden gem is the chef- the dinners were interesting and very tasty. Upscale restaurant quality. I would definitely stay there again.
Our family of 5 adults ranging in age from 70 to 34 had an amazing raft trip on the Rogue River with our talented guide Soren! First-night camping, the second night at Half Moon ranch, and arrival back to Morrisons for a lovely night to celebrate milestones, a 70th birthday, and a 40th wedding anniversary. The smiles ran for miles! Thank you - especially to Soren and crew - Martin, Abby, Tim, and the Half Moon Ranch folks - we have a treasured experience.
We loved the rafting experience and service received from the crew at Morrison's! Dan was fun and did a great job engaging the kids, teaching us about the area, and making sure we had fun! The river is gorgeous and this is a great way to enjoy it!
My husband and I have been doing the 3 day lodge rafting trip for the past three years Always have a blast! The guides are always fun and top notch! staying at the lodge before and after rafting trip is frosting on the cake Makes for a great get away!!
We discovered Morrisons dining option a couple years ago and are so thankful to have such amazing food and service minutes away from our home. Stopped by for the summer menu last night (Wagyu streak is to die for) with friends. Salad, orange rolls, main course and desert. Every single bite full of flavor. Chef Matt is a true artist and Ryland and Makayla’s hospitality was beyond words! I recommend this spot to everyone in search of good food and service! See you guys for the fall menu.
Do not stay here if you enjoy sleep. The boat that takes people to the park blows its fog horn every 20 minutes until 1am then starts up again at 5am. The sleep deprivation was real. This place is terrible I would recommend the horn is taken off the ship before you ruin someone else’s whole vacation. I became Grumpy.
Beautiful setting, by the river. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food was served in a timely manner. I cannot give a thumbs up on the fish(cod). The coating was thick and the fish mushy. Coleslaw and tartar looked like they were stored in fridge,
