The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great! The portions were very generous as well. I had the oyster po'boy.
PB and J burger was so good, my favorite breakfast was the french toast. Everything was really good overall.
The restaurant caters to two hotels (Attached) and the public. Lunch was really great. Fried Louisiana gulf shrimp,fried fish,shrimp okra gumbo,etc. Lunch buffet was a little pricey $42 two people. Dinner was $30 a person I was told. It was cheaper to order from the menu. That's what we did. Dined In the restaurant,had great service and hospitality.
The Redfish Rodeo is the way to go. I definitely recommend.
I got the hangover burger it was actually really good to my surprise! However I guess I had came at an awkward time (right after the buffet) so workers were cleaning and I got the feeling that my business wasn’t wanted. The hostess took a minute to finish her conversation with her coworker and then proceeded to seat me. I’ll have to come back to witness the buffet and the ambiance. Edit: I have came back a few more times and given another star for a full 5 star rating! The buffet was awesome!! Came in another time and tried their bread pudding. Y’all. IT WAS AMAZING. Tried their to go lunch special of half shrimp po boys and soups. So tasty!
I was on a day trip with a group of people. None of us had ever been to Morgan's Restaurant before. All we knew was that it was a buffet Well... I was very pleased with the foods that were available on the buffet. I sampled quite a few dishes and enjoyed each of them. I'm so glad the we chose Morgan's for our meal stop.
Went about 5:30 pm. To go order of fried fish and shrimp. Both were leftovers that were reheated in the oven, rubbery, not good. Large portions of old food. Never again.
Everything I had was great. Really like the sweet heat shrimp. Didn't even use the A1, that shrimp in that sauce was amazing.
