These are very simple rooms, no refrigerator, no microwave no bathroom fan. You can’t spend anytime outside in the parking lot after it gets dark outside or the staff will kick you off the property, the staff doesn’t know how to program a key to unlock a room so be sure not to miss the checkout and they refuse to work with customers as soon as they take your money. This was my first and will be my last time to ever stay at this motel because of poor customer service and lack of cooperating with customers.

I been to this place 4 days a week for about 2 months straight ( the reason im been there so much is because i really enjoy my privacy with my boyfriend), their service are great , room are very well done as well and the price are reasonable . Everything is great until one day they double charge us for the room that we already paid for and did not inform us at all , i figured it out on my own and have to called them for a refund , they said it was a mistake and refunded us , right after that they immediately charge us again the same amount . Called the manager he said “ you can call the cops and anything but there is nothing i can do” . I then have to call my bank , come to find out i lost 285 dollar from them and my bank is now doing fraud claim on them .( sorry for the long paragraph)

Positive: The hotel was very clean. Could use a bigger bed more like a queen instead of a full. Also, a fridge might be nice to have in room. Negative: Bed is too small. Should be at least queen size.

Management is extremely rude and confrontational for no reason. They are looking for any reason to kick you out and keep your money. I booked for 2 days and had a friend drive me, cause I don’t have a car, as well as help me carry my stuff up to my room. I wasn’t even through the door when they started calling my room phone to tell me if my friend didn’t leave that they would call the police because he was trespassing. I also had a brand new 1200$ electric bike with me that I was told I couldn’t have on property. I asked if there was any kind of storage room I could keep it in and they said no I had to lock it up on the street, and again threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t get the bike off property. The area is swarming with homeless people so it would have been stolen immediately. Yes it did say on a piece of paper I had signed that bikes were not allowed but when I asked the night worker about it he said it shouldn’t be a problem but then when it was the morning workers they were ready to go too war over the bike. I ended up not staying either night for the two nights I had booked and went somewhere else. Honestly some of the rudest most hostile people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting

Positive: Cheapest for the day and date. Negative: Carpet was dirty and the room smelled. The shower head fell off when turned on and was difficult to screw back on. No coffee machine, microwave, or fridge. For over $---, should have these minimal items.

Is right off the freeway easy access to find. Good customer service I checked in before 2 PM. The customer service lady had a smile on her face which felt welcoming. The room was clean no roaches, no bed bugs and no creepy crawling bugs. The motel has a lot of parking space. A lot channels on the tv you have to get the remote at the check in office. The motel is near a gas station, car wash, Walmart, planet fitness and a lot of food places to choose from. Only sad part about it there was a few homeless people outside the motel, a small homeless camp set up near the freeway exit. The location still felt safe I think. Also the bed wasn't that comfortable kind of hard. The 2 pillows weren't that fluffy. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

management is good. honestly this hotel is so rare, one of the only hotels i know that doesn’t require a deposit. i stayed here for a week so i didn’t have to sleep in my car, the people here and in this world do too much drugs, (cigarettes, marijuanna etc) they are selfish and think it doesn’t hurt anyone, it does, because the walls are thin and your smoking problems now have someone else smelling like your drugs and when i went to work i smelled like other peoples drugs (cigarettes and marijuanna) even though i don’t do drugs. this isn’t on management they can’t control what people do, but plz stop smoking drugs you effect other people, that stuff can’t cure you, only a relationship with Jesus will save you. Repent and surrender your life to Jesus and get baptized, He’s coming soon. Acts 2:38 KJV
