Moqah Coffee and Beyond GV - Coffee shop in Green Valley - 101 South La Cañada Drive #57, USA

First of all, best latte ever! It's abundantly clear why their coffee has won awards. The food was good but my favorite part of this restaurant was the atmosphere. Moqah is family owned and run with the most friendly and attentive owner I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Stepping inside his restaurant just feels like home and it's a great place to get together with friends and just relax! Would definitely recommend.

I had never been to Green Valley, let alone Moqah Coffee and Beyond, before. I was working there for the day and needed a coffee shop I could be comfortable in for a few hours, but I got the added bonus of an awesome service and food experience to boot! Armando (I think that’s his name, and I apologize if I got it wrong) was extremely gracious, warm, and welcoming. He situated me at a nice table where there was an electric outlet. Sure I’d read up on Yelp for coffee shops and I had a couple in mind and chose Moqah partially for the great food reviews, even though my primary objective was just coffee and working. I got the everything bagel and lox and it was outstanding! I was NOT expecting that! I mean, I’m originally from the Bronx, and just the lox itself was totally legit! It was excellent! But even the bagel was good! And it had capers and cream cheese, just as you’d expect. Just wonderful. And for the side dish, the homemade macaroni salad was also excellent! Good portion size too! The hot coffee was great but I also got a blended drink, and they’re almost invariably way too sweet for me, but not this one, it was excellent! I will always remember this great experience and won’t hesitate to return if I need to be in Green Valley again!

Have had the delightful experience of dining here several times for lunch. I am a sandwich person. This is the place for great healthy sandwiches. Have seen the salads go by and they also look plentiful and delicious. Check out their menu. So many selections. Owner greets customers at the door. His wife is one of the chefs. They have awards for their coffee. I am not a coffee drinker so have not tried the coffee. It is small and welcoming/friendly.

I stopped by for a coffee and was greeted by the owner Francisco. He was super friendly and the mocha was delicious. Definitely going back to try the food. I heard several customer’s commenting how good everything was. I need to go try a cinnamon bun it looked tasty.

I was thrilled to discover the great salads. I loved the broccoli pineapple salad. My sister had the fig/orange crepe which was super yummy as always.

On Wednesdays during the farmer's market, you can listen to live music from the outdoor seating. Very cool!

Very VERY friendly people here!! The Coffee is excellent! The Atmosphere is unique and warm. This will probably be our go to for coffee
