Very disgusting place to rent. Driving around it is devastating. It is local for many residents and accessible to transportation, stores, or even jobs. Helps a little to keep homeless off the streets. I'm thankful for people I know living there. I hope that those who see this note send letters to the government to help this motel upgrade the motel so management can continue helping people.
very clean and quiet. Great customer service. I felt safe and comfortable in leaving belongings as I went to work..Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there is a pervading aroma of curry and other sub-continental fineriest
Myself and my 4 year old son stayed there for over 4 months. We stay in the room when we were there cheap rates very nice people I'm a clean freak so once I got into the room I stripped the bed I sprayed the entire room 😃 even scrubbed the walls with bleach and disinfectant spray... I brought my own 58" tv free internet & cable water, heat and ac when needed I don't care what the outside looked or looks like. I didn't have roaches or bed begs the entire time me and my son were there I will continue going back there and cleaning the room to my standards for 45 a night!!!
Rent by the week is better. Cheaper. Not really that bad of a place really. Friendly staff, Room has new plumbing, cable, pet friendly. Housekeeping by request and they also checkup after a few days. Nice shower I'm actually really impressed. People always say negative things. I personally like it here. Planning on staying longer. Like I said better to rent long term it's cheaper. For cable, ac and heat, nice bathroom, small fridge freezer combo, dining room area and a big bed. What more could you ask for such a great price. Yeah I'll admit. There is cockroaches. But not that bad in my room. Mainly from the people who don't take care of things that's NOT theirs. Personally I give SHAME to the people who destroy stuff that's NOT YOURS!! how about taking care of the room for the next person and keep going?! Like I said I highly recommend this place for LONG TERM. been here awhile not once a bad incident. I forgot to mention, there's a dumpster in the back and pet friendly for a small fee. It's good for a single person like me rebuilding their life. But in conclusion, I'd say yes rent here. It sucks there's no free breakfast but hey there's the diner right next door ☺️. I have to give moosic motor inn a 5 star. Really I do. Thanks for the great room and housekeeping. Although I clean myself and don't need housekeeping, I still appreciate their time. And very good spot on service. Thanks again. I love this place. Also it's a smoking rooms and non smoking. Great price. Great service. Plus it's a roof. Can't complain for such a great price.
Stayed there for about 2 months and had an unexpected warrent and spend 4 days in jail. Got out and half my stuff was stolen. My dog went to a rescue. I fixed my room up and paid my rent on time. Cleaned parking lot daily because I have class. Beware of this hotel and things living their. daily
The "one" review has to be from management. These rooms are NOT clean. They smell bad, really bad. The bathroom had an odor I cannot describe. The pillows under the pillow sheet were extremely dirty/soiled. The air conditioner barely worked. The doors were so old fashioned...still using keys. The door jams had been forcefully opened prior and the safety latch was so loose it actually fell apart when i tried to use it. I felt unsafe. DO NOT attempt to even sleep here.
It was over 15 years ago but I still remember how dingy and gross this place was. There was one towel in the bathroom. One towel. There were two of us. Anyway, I hope they've upped their game. I mean, it's just outside of Scranton!
The customer service was amazing. The place it self was average but served its purpose. We were in town for a music festival and was barely there. For the price we paid we were not mad. It is super close to a lot of food and bars to grab a brew. Locals were nice and welcoming
