We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the sites in Yellowstone and to enjoy the history of Cody. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was exceptional. There was abundant (free) coffee in the room and in the lobby. Moose creek's location is terrific. Great restaurants and shopping just a block or two away. The Wild Bill Cody Center (awesome museum) was a short 5 minute walk. The city park is across the street and when we were there, a vintage car show was going on. I met Moose Creek's Owner, Larry and his wife, Sharon, and they gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat. We went on the Trolly tour, the Wild Bill museum, the Rodeo, ate at the Cody Cattle Company (great dinner and a band), went to Old Trail Town, and hiked the Shoshone river canyon up to the Cody dam (spectacular 4 mile round trip hike). Put Cody on your bucket list. Great town, great people, lots of fun!
I cannot say enough about this stay!! From the nicely appointed super clean rooms, to the amazing staff and even getting to talk and chat with the owner. It was so good we turned one night stay into a three night stay. I pray we get to come back!! There are not enough stars on this review in our opinion! Thanks Moose Creek for an amazing stay!
My husband just finished up a 'guys trip' to Cody and the area. It's hard to know where to begin because everything was so well appointed and organized. Location was fabulous. Easy walks to everything. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. No breakfast but plenty of coffee both in room and in the lobby. We enjoyed the gathering place out front to sit in the evenings.||In regard to things to do in the area: Every evening in the summer Cody hosts a nightly rodeo which was one of the highlights. We had arranged for a trail ride, provided by UXU Ranch. Don't miss "Dinner and a Show" for a fantastic BBQ buffet and great music.
Moose Creek Lodge provided the perfect home base for our adventures in Wyoming. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Because of the Moose Creek Lodge staff our trip became the ultimate bucket list experience. The staff connected us with many once in a lifetime experiences AND provided the backstage knowledge that only locals can give. I can honestly say we owe so much of the success of our trip to the Moose Creek Lodge front desk. | Beds are very comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Shower pressure was to die for. Location could not be better | Our group was able to walk to nearly every meal. We also walked to the museum and shopping. | If you are planning a guys trip, leading a tour, or planning a trip with any size group, staying at Moose Creek Lodge is a game changer! 10 out of 10. We will be back as soon as we can!
The rooms were nice. They felt cozy. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable about everything that is going on and the history of the town. The pool is well kept. The pillows and our bed was amazing. They are also located near down town with lots of shopping close by.
Rooms are very comfortable. Service is wonderful. The whole atmosphere fit with Yellowstone and the region. We could not have had a better experience. We will definitely be back. Beyond the great location and Moose Creek Lodge experience, the weather was wonderful in early August. This is a must for your bucket list
Excellent motel ideally situated in the centre of Cody. Exceptionally clean and friendly with plenty of onsite parking and a great pool. Since we arrived from Scotland we have stayed at more than 10 hotels during our current road trip and this is one of the best. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, highly recommended. 👏👏👏👍
We loved our stay in one of the king suites! The room was more like an entire apartment than a hotel room! We had a spacious living room, bathroom, and comfy bedroom. The room is nicely appointed with full size fridge, microwave, kuerig, mugs, dishes, coffee etc. We could have comfortably spent several nights! When we checked in the front desk staff was super friendly, full of helpful tips for attending the rodeo and other attractions in town. We highly recommend this very clean hotel and would definitely stay again!
I recently had the pleasure of returning for my third stay at the Chamberlin Inn in Cody, Wyoming. Consistently, it is an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I checked in to the moment I reluctantly checked out, I was
Very nice hotel. However, Iâm not sure itâs worth the price to stay for a week if youâre visiting Yellowstone. Itâs a 50 mile drive to the entrance of the park then an additional 27 miles to Grand Loop Road. Breakfast is also not included, th
I'm a Hilton Honors diamond member... always stay in Hilton chains. Was driving through Cody on my way to Montana and needed to stay for an overnight. All of Cody's Hilton hotels were booked up so I ended up staying here at The Inn. It was a cute, qu
We met for a family dinner and the food was great! The prime rib was bigger than expected, the salad bar was fresh and the sweet potato fries were phenomenal! Super historic with amazing animal mounts. Special pricing for mid week was very affordabl
My husband, infant son, and I had a wonderful stay this weekend! The rooms were exceptionally clean with *lots* of pillows. The pillows were labeled firm and soft which was an added bonus for picky sleepers like me. Because we flew in and didnât ha
The ladies who work in this store are very helpful. I was receiving pictures to my gallery file that I did not take. They took the time to research the problem and solved it for me. Thank you. Also, never once did they try to sell me a new plan or t
Cody Craft Brewing is delicious! Their beer is top notch compared to all of the other places in town. Delicious hazy IPA and Pilsner. They have a great atmosphere as well. Just wish they had some more food truck or in house food options.
Love love LOVE this cute and amazing little gem. The shop itself is nicely set up with the market with amazing food for sale. Their menu is full of delicious options. I picked the Italian sandwich, which might seem safe, but itâs literally the most
What a cool experience! We are a family of firearms and history enthusiasts and this was such a fun day! Took the whole family (kids ages 10, 12, and 14) and the kids each shot a couple and the adults did as well. Jim was our RSO and he was FANTASTIC
So glad we found Beta Coffeehouse on our way into Yellowstone. The vibe was so friendly and cozy. It was lovely to hear locals be greeted warmly and the place was full of things to help you enjoy your time there (boardgames, books, art). The cold bre
Unassuming place turning out great bbq! We had brisket and pulled pork. Both were perfectly cooked - nice smoke ring, tender, yet firm. Both were also well-trimmed (not always the case when you get pulled pork). Beans had a nice flavor and were n
You go through the tunnels in the mountains to get here which is cool. Parking is plentiful and there were free golf cart rides to the dam/visitor center from the parking lot and back. Though it's not terribly far it was nice on a hot day not to walk
I walked into this store thinking there wasn't a chance I'd find a pair of Western Boots that fit right because I wear an uncommon size. Well, the associate put in a ton of effort and found me 2 really good options. After he spent over an hour workin
