We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness of the staff, and overall value were all second to none. The Baker's are as friendly as it gets and are a true representation of what Prattsville is all about - the People! Thank you so much! We will be back in the summer.

Although we only stayed here for a night, it was certainly an enjoyable experience. The room, beds, and bathrooms were neat and clean. However, turning the overhead shower is a bit tricky (hint- pull it down where the water come from). Also, there will be no drinking water available in the room as this is a motel.

The motel reminds me of the motor inns my family used to visit when I was a child. It is a family owned, family run business and sometimes I appreciate getting away from the chain hotels. In fact, to check in here you need to go to the back of the main house and enter the office off of the deck. The rooms are basic but clean. The beds are comfortable, parking is easy and the area is safe. There are quainter places near by but the draw here is the reasonable price. We needed to sleep one night after a wedding so it was perfect for us, but I would stay longer if I were staying in the Catskills. The Prattsville diner is less than a mile from the hotel. We enjoyed a great diner breakfast. All in all, a nice stay.

This is very nice motel. They were quite accommodating. The room was very clean. The TV channel card shows you all the channels and the numbers. The microwave was easy-to-use. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

So, I had 2 motorcycle track day's at NYST in Davenport NY. About 32 minutes from the hotel. I get to the hotel the owner is not friendly at all. A couple of jokes to break the ice but, no response. So I register get my key and I said great I've secured my stay. Went to the track dropped off my equipment then went back to the hotel. Well needless to say when I opened the door it was hot and musty. They have a window air conditioner that was not working at all. The room needs a serious upgrade. I'm assuming all the rooms are the same..I had to ask for Ice and it was an issue. The woman had me stand outside the while she retrieved the Ice. She came out with a little bucket. So some guy that I think works the said come on in I'll get you filled. The rug in the room smells like feet. So, I go to do my first track day and to boot when I get back to my room the light in the bathroom was out and there was a leak because the idiot that cleaned the room left the shower faucet slightly open. At this point I gave up and dealt with it. This place is beyond horrible. Customer service is 0. I will never go back to this dump. Stay away. At $130 a night I felt like I got robbed.

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes, tous sont du même avis que nous avons été accueilli avec distinction. Les hôtes sont d'un extrême gentillesse, accommodant et s'assuraient de notre bien-être. Nous avons rester au motel pour 7 jrs, bien situé, a proximité d'une épicerie, taverne, liqueur store, crèmerie. Je le recommande fortement, belle endroit pour les bikers les routes sont a couper le souffle!

What a great place to stay! Very clean accommodations and easy to check in. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area and gave us great tips for leaf peeping! I can’t wait to come back!
