Jon was so accommodating. I was desperate after putting together my nephews(ages 3 &4) battery operated truck. I had severed the wires on the steering wheel during assembly. Jon offered to repair the damages and had it ready the very next day. Dan even replaced the battery in the van remote after we couldn’t get the back door open. Those two guys went above and beyond! I’m glad I saw other positive reviews and choose this hardware store to go to. Thanks Gentlemen.
Needed a bolt for my control arm on my suv. Went in and the staff was kind and very helpful. Explained as we looked for the bolt about strength of metal etc. Also found out he was also from Erie, PA where I am from which was crazy but nice. If your in need of something definitely check them out. Prices were great! Thank you.
Great service! They were able to copy/make a couple of keys for me that Home Depot in Castle Rock got wrong, True Value in Elizabeth couldn't do, & 2 "locksmiths" in Castle Rock that wouldn't do unless it was a mobile service, re-keying my locks & making new keys. I absolutely recommend!
