My Samsung washer was repaired by Moonrise Tech, Samsung Authorized Service Center this week. Niiaz, the service tech, explained the replacement to me as well as going over how to care for my machine. I had the diaphragm/door seal replaced. The diagnostic was thorough, there was an additional replacement of 2 worn out dampers that had resulted in a broken wire harness. Niiaz was concise, kind and trustworthy. The pricing was fair and I was able to keep my machine from needing to be replaced. I highly recommend Moonrise Tech, stellar customer care and my machine runs beautifully again.

If you're looking for a top-notch washing machine mechanic, look no further than Luke! My washer went on the fritz, and I was worried about a costly repair or replacement. But then came Luke!
He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable right from the start. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a way I could understand. Even though the fix required a second visit, Luke was prompt and efficient both times.
The best part? He was able to fix the issue. My washer is now running like new, and I couldn't be happier.

My Samsung TV randomly became a robot last weekend ( powered on but no screen activity and tiny bursts of sound)!
Called Samsung as my tv was under extended warranty, they filed a ticket with Moonrise Tech LLC as the nearest service provider. Since I got a slot for today in the whole week I was a little concerned thinking that I would have to wait longer as first the technician would come in and just check what’s wrong and be back another day with the parts to fix. I was wrong!
Luke is a magician from Moonrise Tech LLC! He walked in with his setup and told me not to worry as he has the parts already with him and would go ahead and replace as needed post the diagnosis! I was surprised and elated that my TV would start working right away, and voila! My TV is repaired and is working smoothly!
Huge appreciation for Luke! He is amazing with his expertise and friendly nature! Loved the conversations as he explained and took me through the diagnosis and the repair (since I was curious). Loved the chat and the quick and smooth service.

For some reason, they are accepting appliance repair tickets for customers who are 150 mi away.
Apparently this is Samsung's standard approach to product support-- hand it off to someone without fully checking their qualifications or commitment, and walk away.
Very professional and knowledgeable company that I would definitely recommend for appliances repairs. Sam in the front office is responsive and communicative, helped answer any questions I had about my broken diswasher. Orion the Tecnician that did the repairs did a superb job at my house. Stayed as long as it was necessary to repair my samsung diswasher, do the tests to make sure everything works, and answer any questions I had. Orion even communicated with me after hours and after the job was done for follow-up questions I had. Thanks a lot Sam & Orion
literally the worst tech service i’ve ever experience. DO NOT USE THEM. Super unprofessional staff. They take weeks to get back to you, they don’t send updates, call you back or even let you know what they are doing to fix your appliance. Each tech that comes out says different things. They also say that they can’t make the call to REPLACE your item even if it needs to be replaced.
Moonrise was very quick to respond after I was referred there by Samsung for a refrigerator cooling issue. Niiaz, a Moonrise technician, came promptly, found the cause of the problem, contacted the company to order the necessary part. As indicated, Niiaz returned with the part 3 days later, but unfortunately was unable to remove a very rusted screw that held the panel which needed replacement. Niiaz was again in contact with Moonrise on video, explaining the issue to his boss— something I found innovative and full proof in diagnosing a problem. Moonrise is now in touch with Samsung to hopefully deliver a replacement refrigerator.
I appreciated the texts I received from Moonrise regarding service, confirmation, as well as Niiaz’s notifications of his ETA. Niiaz was polite, helpful, well informed and demonstrated good work integrity.
Hats off to Moonrise company for cultivating trust and good practices—and for hiring technicians like Niiaz.
Had a great intro call with Sukmin about a non-functioning OLED TV I'd recently purchased. He requested some initial info to get the service call set up, which I provided that same day by email. That was two weeks ago and since then I haven't been able to get a response by email or phone. Have tried reaching out multiple times. If I ever get a response and they can actually look at my TV I'll revise my review, but I'm extremely disappointed in the complete ghosting after that initial call.
Overall I canât complain, It was a fun filled day for my 10 yr old son and I. Juan was exceptional. He accommodated us wholeheartedly. My son was overwhelmed with excitement and Juan made us feel right at home. Definitely a place where you can have
