Moonlight Motor Lodge - Motel in Wenatchee - 2921 School St, USA

I checked in at this hotel for a week stay and the manager seemed really nice at the time. The next day after we were already in the room, there was no cups in the room so I called and asked if I could get some cups so she brings them down and my dog barked when she heard a knock at the door which is very normal for a dog to bark, the neighbor in the room next-door, his dog started barking as well. The manager changed her personality and was yelling outside how bad she hates dogs which was very odd to me to say the least. She then said if you can’t make your dog stop barking then you will have to leave. As a customer I felt that was so very rude by her one did absolutely nothing wrong, I was treated very dis-respectful by this manager at this hotel, I stood up for myself and will not tolerate no disrespect from anyone whatsoever. I’ve told her she has no right to talk to me that way and I will not put up with it that when she goes and knocks on peoples doors, of course a dog is going to bark. That is what they do and the way she’s banging on them that is why they’re barking, this manager proceeded just because of this situation from her behavior did not Give us room service for the whole week. never brought in toilet paper, clean towels,absolutely nothing the whole time we were there. I asked for the owners number, and proceeded to call him and had it on speaker where others could hear the conversation, and when a customer is reaching out to express what had went on, you would think that a owner would be considerate for the customers feelings and would want to hear what happened the owner was the most disrespectful man I have ever talk to at a business, I as well told him how I felt because I do not tolerate that type of behavior from anyone. We stayed are week and did absolutely nothing to anyone minded our own business. When it was time for me to stay for another week, I proceeded to go down to do that and the door was locked in the office . so I called and the man manager answered and stated that we could not reserve the room for another week because it was already taken, that was the biggest lie if I’ve ever heard one! We were already in that room so nobody could have reserve that when I was already in it they just wanted us out because of the circumstances of what their behaviors were and because I called the owner. so I do not recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. It was the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed in my entire life, the manager has major issues to treat customers the way she treated us for absolutely no reason whatsoever! The beds were not comfortable whatsoever killed my back. There was no smoke detectors in the room. The stove did not work. It took over an hour to even start boiling water. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible service!! Very Disrespectful Managers Dawn and Cecil.. Very Disrespectful Owner Jim.. ||

I went to this motel with my mom about a week ago, they are the most disrespectful people iv had to deal with at a hotel. not once did they clean the rooms, give clean towels or restocked toilet paper. the manger dawn is absolutely rude, my mom asked for some coffee cups and she came to our door and knocked, my dog and the dogs in the next room started barking and dawn said we would have to go if the dog barked one more time. keep in mind we payed for the dog being there. it’s a dog it’s going to bark once in a while. the next day she came and knocked on the door and caught the biggest attitude with my mom because we put up a blanket over the window because there were no blinds in the room. she could have asked politely for us to take it down if it was that big of a problem. when we first got there she was the nicest person ever then changed for who knows why. I do not recommend this motel. waste of money.

You could not pay me to stay there ever again. The management is very unprofessional. I came here to get a MRI (tumor) on my spinal cord and go to several doctor appointments. I had to be here a few weeks before my home was ready to move into and my timeshares were not available ||so I stayed at the Moonlight motel in Wenatchee Wa, in which the management accused us of stuff we did not do and continued to harrass my daughter the entire time. Definitely not a relaxing comfortable place to spend time. Jim the owner kicked us out on a Friday a week before our home was ready because of his past problems. Apparently he had a bad drug problem with people who lived there before including the gal in back with a very bad pit bull, so as a guest he decided to make his drug addict problem a guests problem.........my problem. Dawn the helper with lots of mood swings instead of calling me the person who rented the room, she text a friend of mine to complain to him about something we had no idea of..... their drug problem there. Definitely not the place to stay unless you want to feel stressed out the entire times by drug addicts with drama. Very stressful, blaming and accusing people. They are so angry and wounded about what others have done in the past that you, the good person, will get the repercussions of their issues...... WOW I have never been kicked out of any place ever and to be kicked out because of lies and drama well I just don't have room in my life for this, but I do have time to keep you from going through the miserable, disrespectful moment with Moonlight Motel in Wenatchee Wa. I retired from the PUD. Worked for the US Post office as well as Alcoa all drug free establisments. Moonlight Motel, Definitely the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

I really loved this place. The price of the room was excellent. Parked my semi in front, so it would be safe. I highly recommend this place to people passing by. Friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Not to mention the decor is beautiful.

This is a classic example of don't judge by outward appearances. Yes it's an older Motel and travel center but that doesn't detract from the true beauty of what's underneath. The rooms are nice, clean and well supplied. The pool is a nice attraction as is the common area with it's grill and patio tables. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. The prices are very reasonable and the management great. I highly recommend staying here. We had a room here and our son and his lady stayed in a more expensive place. They met with us later and said our room (and experience) was much better and less expensive than theirs.

Perfect choice for visiting Leavenworth nearby. Great price under 70 dollars a night for one bed. Our room was perfectly clean and set up. We arrived around 9pm and were greeted happily by the new owner. Our room heated up fast and stayed hot the way we wanted even in the morning. Mom took a hot bath. We have chosen this motel once to twice a year for the last 5 years in winter and summer when stopping on our way to Canada. We call a day to a week ahead usually. Reliable, Clean and Safe.

I would have to say that as far as motels ( not hotels!) Go, this place is tops!!! Not the most updated, but quaint and completely charming! The room was neat as a pin! And had the thickest comfy towels. They owners, as well as the cleaning staff were accommodating beyond what I could have hoped for! I was only there for one night, but they were so friendly that I plan on staying there every time I am in town!. P.s. the fact that there are no phones in the rooms was such a nice surprise!!! Would recommend them to any and everybody who isn't used to the Ritz or Waldorf! Such a pleasant little place!!!!

The simple elegance of my room was very relaxing. The service at the desk is the best I've ever experienced. In room coffee and beautiful soft white towels. The pool perfectly warmed, and and 8ft deep, the atmosphere or spirit that engulfed the place was an old fashioned calm. I recommend it to young and old its perfect.
