I am a new yogi and I always feel safe in Amie’s class. She covers so much at a great pace, and I always leave feeling calm and de-stressed. I feel as Moonglow is a judgment free zone, and is a place for people of all levels to practice yoga. Treat yourself to get away from your busy day and go to Amie’s class at Moonglow!!!

The best yoga studio in the Pittsburgh region. Lindsay, Amie, Bethany, Julie and Kim are all fantastic; they're great instructors and people. The atmosphere at Moonglow is so welcoming and relaxed, and there's classes for everybody. This studio is definitely one of my favorite places.

The instructor was excellent, flow was perfect, music was not what I was expecting but it was a refreshing change, perfect volume. Heat felt amazing, place was lovely, comfortable and clean. I took a basic warm class and I look forward to trying out everything I can from Moonglow. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to go! Edit: Stopped going because they were packing up to 25 people in a tiny space. One person had to camp on top of the bathroom and follow via looking at the class because he couldnt see the teacher. The final straw for me was getting kicked in the face by the woman beside me. Wasnt her fault, our mats were only 6 inches apart. If this place is that busy they should either limit class size or find a bigger place to practice. Dont go here unless you want to risk personal injury or doing your practice in the bathroom. Edit: Just saw the note from the owner. They are stating that classes are half the size. That is a straight up lie. I went there for over 6 months and the classes were always 20 plus. There was never room for people. ALWAYS 20 PLUS. ALWAYS. Dont try to act like I only went a few times and dealt with to full classes. I even talked to others and they said it was like that since the business' moved from downtown to the place it is now. The entire place is super tiny, really tiny. I would say unless the classes were 15 or under you are going to be cramped as heck. I hate when owners lie. Go for yourself if you want to see if my review is valid. You will find its completely correct.

I just started going to Moonglow and after my first class I keep going back! The instructors are amazing, calm, informative, and ready to answer your questions, and concerns! The atmosphere is comfortable and the people that go to this studio are always so welcoming and happy to see a new face!

I have been doing yoga on my own for years, following YouTube yogis, but let me say nothing can beat the in-person classes at Moonglow. Lindsey was a great instructor and the space at Moonglow is warm and inviting. I found compassion, forgiveness, empathy, and peace as we moved through the practice. I recommend Moonglow highly, especially if you're a beginner. I promise you will find peace and warmth and a better you!

Loved the instructor Bethany. She was very kind and patient , the whole atmosphere was very laid back and great. I like how you can just come in - pick your spot , get set up , work out and done! There’s no waiting areas or extra steps to get started. Very smooth and easy setup with a challenging and amazing workout!

Beautiful studio. The hot yoga class was challenging but adaptable to all levels. The instructor’s cuing was perfect. I appreciate that Moonglow has found a way to safely provide in person classes during the pandemic. I hadn’t taken a hot yoga class for 7 months and my back and neck were in pain. I already feel better after 1 class.

I used the intro offer at Moonglow yoga to try yoga, hoping I would feel less stiffness. Each class I took I felt a little better. I have had 3 sessions so far and I am going back this week for another. I am feeling great! The class was easy to follow, although I could not do everything I did what I could. I felt comfortable from the first moment I arrived. At Moonglow everyone fits in! You owe it to take a moment for you.
